Food is best around, chicken fried rice has tons of chicken and is delicious, boneless ribs are amazing, ask them to make them extra crispy is key, crab Rangoon are the best I've ever had, everything there is great, I don't eat Chinese alot but when I do I go only there.

Food's great, prices are good. I order from this place all the time.

This is the best Chinese food in the Springfield area. Delicious pan fried dumplings! We like their combo plates which are tasty, large quantity and fairly priced. Everyone that works there has been very pleasant every time I have gone in to pick up take out. Will continue to go here and highly recommend if you are craving some Chinese food.

I'd give it more stars if I could. Very friendly during pickup, place looks spotless. The food is EXCELLENT. Might be the best oriental style food I've ever had - and I'm 50 so the list is big. Can't believe this is my first time ordering. Defiantly not the last.

Loved the lo mein and the wings were k and the combo plate was good yum.

I just moved to western mass and hands down this is the best Chinese food I’ve had in Massachussets! So inexpensive and they're very quick and efficient. General Taos chicken with pork fried rice is amazing!

Food was great and all fresh ingredients. The family combo is a great value. Out of the way from home and they do not deliver, but I would make the trip to order here again... everything was good.

I haven’t had Chinese food in over a year. Last night was the first time we tried this place based on photos alone because we don’t know of MJ any food places anymore. And when I tell you it didn’t disappoint….. that is an understatement! Everything was delicious and fresh and crispy. They have the good duck sauce too (the kind that looks like apple sauce). Everything was still crunchy this morning when I picked at it cold LOL. The only thing I wish was better was the crab rangoons didn’t have much filling but they tasted good. And the PRICE! my husband and I only spent like $22. Highly recommend!

I love this place, my hunny lady is really nice and friendly and food be really hot and delicious. I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years straight and I won’t trade them for any other one. Thank you so much :)

In my 28 years of eating chinese food. No one has the greatest egg roll general tsaos and rice like Pearl House. #20 combo all day! I live over an hour away now. But last time i was in the area tasted just like three years before that. Never gotten those pieces thats just fried bread with no meat. I miss Pearl House every day…. Well at least everytime I order chinese food

I've been ordering from here for about 5+ years I usually have my food delivered until today... (Due to the pandemic there is no delivery so you have to pick up your order) and I'm so glad I did. As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean the front desk was, once I walked up to pay I looked around the kitchen and I was so pleased to see the cleanliness of the kitchen counters and floors where the chef was cooking. They even had sanitizer wipes to wipe the counters. The food was hot and fresh like always.

The BEST around! Can't beat the family combo. Tip: Ask them to put egg in your fried rice! Duck sauce is a winner, too.

Me & my father went to Mandarin 4 Lunch, a long standing Tradition!We walked in there was a Gentleman, my father noticed eating his Lunch dropped his napkin and my father went out of his way to pick it up for him! Well long story short before the Man left he brought a napkin over to my father & said Thank you very much Sir!! Inside the napkin was $20.00 Bill!! My father said he never ever had that happen before!! Such a nice gesture fir him to do that.🙏 The waitress was So nice as was the service, and the Food was phenomenal!! We love it there!!

Never disappointed with Pearl House! Every single time I get my order it’s very consistent delicious I’m very fresh! I wish they had delivery but I understand. Thank you Pearl House for my weekly order!

Another Indian Orchard gem. The food is quite good, service is excellent and that dictates into good value. Its also the cleanest kitchen in Springfield. I'd eat off their floors before mine any day! Spicy Shrimp is fly!

Then going here since I was a kid love this place all the time I know the owners they are very nice people and they give out fresh food all the time you can even go in there and watch them cook if you don't believe me
