Know the Flo Sewer & Drain

I called the company yesterday about a clogged sink, and Neil came and fixed it this morning, less than 24 hours before my call yesterday. And on New Year's Eve! He was so helpful and explained everything to me as he went, and he outlined the issues in our system that we'll need to get resolved in future so that this doesn't keep happening. All for extremely reasonable prices! We couldn't be happier with the work and the service. Will definitely be using them again.

We called and he returned our call promptly. We needed the main drain to the street cleaned out. When he came Neil was professional and got right to work. He completed the job and told us that it should be done yearly. He gave us a price and it was reasonable for the service. We're happy with the work that was done. We'll use him again.

Neil is extremely dependable. I called him about a leaking water heater and he was at my house within hours. He worked hard on New Years day to install my new Water Heater.

We had a sewer backup last week and I randomly chose this company as the first one that could make it out to our house. Neil answered the call immediately and did a perfect job. I highly recommend him to any one with a plumbing issue. So glad I didn't call Roto Rooter which I have heard is very very expensive.

I had a local guy come in the day before give up and go home. Called know the flow they sent a guy the next morning. He did great job. Explained everything well. Was time efficient. Good with dogs. More or less $200 a hour

We had a new gas dryer delivered over the weekend. I called Monday afternoon and it was hooked up by lunch time on Tuesday. Reasonable price (even came in under quote) and will happily call again if/when we need plumber services.

The gentleman neil who came was fast, knowledgeable and efficient. They came the day after I called. They offered same day, but it wasn't an emergency. Cleaned out main drain all the way to city line. I recommend them highly. Thanks.

I am so happy I called Know the Flow Sewer & Drain to help me with my plumbing emergency that occurred the day after Thanksgiving at 7 pm. I never expected how helpful and courteous they would be. Neil, who answered my call was patient and kind despite the panicked and crying state I was in while trying to explain the problem I was experiencing. He was able to talk me through the immediate problem of extremely hot water pouring into my basement and was at my house within 20 minutes and able to fix it. I did not hesitate to accept his offer to return the next day to complete the repairs. Not only did he show up at the time he said he would the quoted price did not change despite the additional work that was needed to correct the problem then was originally thought. I definitely plan on using Know the Flow Sewer & Drain for any needed repairs in the future considering how quickly they responded and how reasonable their prices are. It is a great feeling knowing there is a local/honest and courteous business availble in western massachusetts.
