Ethan Goldman made my experience shopping for chair for my bedroom pleasent and fun. He listens to what you want, not what he wants to sell you. I would recommend the outlet on Boston rd and ask for Ethan. I will go back there if I need anything else.

Love this store. I’ve always had an amazing experience here. This time around I was helped by Chris! She was wonderful and patient while I made my furniture selections. Rick, the store manager, came by to check in and ensure all our questions had been answered.

I needed a new couch and chair for my new place. I decided to go to Raymour and Flanigan since I had purchased furniture from them in the past and I was very satisfied. Danny Evans was the salesman who assisted me in finding what I wanted. He was extremely helpful, very pleasant, and professional. Stopped in to see what they had, I was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. They let me look around and try out a few recliners. The store was very clean and organized and their furniture is of high quality. I didn't purchase anything but got some good ideas and appreciate the no pressure to buy from staff. If I need to buy anything I will definitely check them out again.

She listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions based on our sleeping styles. She patiently showed us different options until we found THE one! She matched us with the perfect mattress to meet our needs and within the budget we were looking for. We didn't feel forced or harassed. This was such a smooth and pleasant experience!!

Christine Gilrein at Raymour and Flanigan on Boston Road in Spfld. MA. did a fabulous job helping me pick out exactly what I was looking for. She didn’t hover like some salespeople tend to do. She heard me out, showed me what she thought I’d like and gave me my space to decide without any pressure. When I was ready to move forward she was right there ready to help. I highly recommend asking for Christine the next time you need furniture!!!

It was so easy to work with Ana. We told her what we were looking for and after testing just 3 mattresses, we found the perfect one and were in and out of the store in 30 minutes. Always a good experience at the Boston Road Springfield location.

Great experience & service by Edgar. Honestly, Edgar is the reason this purchase happened. He walked with us through the store 2 or 3 times over the course of 3 days. He was patient, honest, and so helpful. I am picky and he did everything he could to make us comfortable and help in any way. If I had questions, they were answered and communication was consistent. This purchase was smooth and Edgar did not provide any negative pressure. After him assisting and doing what he could, he also got the sales manager involved upon request and they did everything they could for us and just made us feel okay making our purchase so we did and we love it. Thank you Edgar and team!!! We will be back!!!
