Daiyaan was a great salesman. He introduced himself as we came in. Then he let us be to explore there nice showroom. As we got comfortable trying out the beds he had reproached us and was very informative. We purchased a nice bed and we plan on going back for a new couch next year. Highly recommended..

After checking out many stores in the area dream decor provided some of the best costumer service I have experienced. Daiyaan was extremely helpful and helped design my entire living room from sofa sets to carpet. All items were fairly priced and the quality of the items were amazing . The Dream Decor employees and store manager (Dayain) of the W. Springfield location were very helpful and provided us with great customer service. It was refreshing to interact with a team and manager with such personable and professional sales qualities. Their home decor items were not overpriced and I feel confident in the items that I have purchased thus far. I pride myself on choosing and supporting family owned businesses over corporations and Dream Decor is one of those places!

Daeon (Spelling?) was extremely courteous and professional. We were pleasantly surprised to see the couch set we were looking for at Dream Decor at an even more competitive price than another 'big box' competitor store in town. We are very happy that we went with Dream Decor because not only was the pricing there more competitive, but the customer service was excellent. What blew me away was that, while we were anticipating a 2-4 week wait on the special order, it arrived in the warehouse less than 48 hours after we ordered it! Just in time to enjoy our new furniture for the holidays :-)

Great furniture and best of all Great customer service in West springfield.

Read some bad reviews but gave them the chance, good experience with them no pressure buying checked to see if they had it in stock before I bought it. Picked it up an hour later guys helped me load it. If I need anything else I'll go back very happy with the service
