One of the only Post Offices around all of us in Franklin. Fast, Kind, Reliable people. Front Desk team 10/10 always. Special Shoutout to Lee (BEST carrier ever) and the kind young gentleman in the back dock who ALWAYS brightens our day! Our business and dozens of others I know rely on and appreciate this team!

Awesome customer service! I called the post office because there was an error on the address of a package I sent to a friend, and asked to get it corrected. Big Kudos to Jim who tracked the package, checked in with the driver, called me back to confirm the package was corrected. Excellent customer service and big shout out to our POSTAL workers..

Dennis was everything I've come to NOT expect at any post office, which is a very good thing. He was quick, pleasant, helpful, and professional. Made my experience there much better than I've typically come to expect with the postal service.

Great people. Great service

Postal employees are very courteous and helpful. Answering how packages should be mailed. All forms are nearby with a desk to write down the info. Parking is limited in the lot esp. on Saturday when (inconsiderate) people use Post Office parking for the Bank next door.

Package not delivered, said they don't do individual mail holds. This is not in line with USPS overall, as you can do individual mail hold online. Took me a week to get an expedited package because I had to go in person to pick up.

I really hope I get to see the inevitable but eventual demise of this organization within my lifetime.

Absolute worst customer service. It's like they're trying to NOT help you. Your very presence is a major inconvenience to the employees over there.

I wish I could give -10 stars. Sue who works there is a perfect example of what’s wrong with our once great country and government. LAZY, RUDE AND UNAPOLOGETIC. If you have another option, use it. This woman goes out of her way to be rude to people. I actually feel sorry for you Sue and I’ll pray for whatever is going on in your personal life to get better.

I regret dealing with the people at this location a man and a woman I spoke with were very rude and disrespectful,what makes them such miserable people

awful employees, they treat you fairly horrible if you aren’t a local or are a teen. Was in there with my friend picking up a package, worker treated us disrespectfully and acted harshly towards my friend.
