I am very happy with the service they provide. My legs look amazing and the treatment was very quick and not very painful. Best part was that there was no long recovery time, I was able to get up and walk out of the office.

Was very impressed with office and Dr and staff I will go back next year for my procedures

You get to wear many hats and learn so many things, every day is something new, you just need to make sure you have right attitude. Fast paced, but it's exactly what I like. I wouldn't be able to get such experience in any other company.

First time getting sclerotherapy. Dr. Rizzo was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this place.

Most unprofessional company ever. I scheduled an appointment for 5pm they confirmed the morning of ny appointment and when i arrived the office was closed. No call no explanation. I called customer service and was told "Sorry I quess the office is closed today. When would you like to reschedule"

The recent visit to the USA Vein Clinic left me dissatisfied due to what seemed like a money-driven approach. Instead of focusing on addressing patients health concerns, there was a notable emphasis on promoting products. The doctor’s primary agenda appeared to be pushing items such as stockings rather than providing genuine assistance. This approach left me questioning the integrity of the medical care provided. I believe a patient’s well-being should be the priority, and I hope the clinic reevaluates its practices to ensure a more patient-centric approach in the future. Personally, I believe you’ll find better service elsewhere respectfully that cares more about a patient well-being.

Run from this place! After waiting 2 months for a cosmetic procedure,took a day of work just for this, arrived for my appointment,was told that it would be a little bit of waiting,more than 2 hours after sitting and waiting I was told that ai would need to reschedule ,than another patient walks out of their waiting room that she has been for 4hrs, she told me she first came in for a cosmetic procedure, after that she started having blood clots and heart problems more than enough red flags for me, obviously I walked out ,last thing you want is for a Doctor to rush while doing a procedure on you ,USA vein clinic it's run by irresponsible people who can care less about their patients. They all about quantity not quality.

BEWARE OF UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR AND STAFF (especially if you have a Groupon)! I planned the whole day of my appointment, I took time off from work, drove 40 minutes to the clinic, paid for toll, parking... all to get there and be sent back home. Why? Because I had Covid-19 over a month ago. The doctor didn't even come out and refused to see me even though I said I was asymptomatic AND have had a NEGATIVE TEST done 20 days after I tested positive. Instead he had the receptionist tell me to come back in 3 months. I was never asked anything about Covid-19 when I called to make an appointment.

To USA Vein Clinics: please learn how to be professional and considerate of your patients and advise them about any Covid-19 policies BEFORE they come in.

Very unprofessional receptionist!! This company is not on the same page, they called and texted me at least 25 times to set 2 appointments that they made for me straight. So when I get there the receptionist wasn't at the desk, when she finally came out she asked for my information, mind you there was a guy who came in after me who was allowed to get his temperature taken and walk right in. The receptionist asked me for my ID and health card which I forgot at home, so then she asked me if I ever had Covid and I said yes back in May then she asked me if I had documentation and I said no if you needed that information why didn't your company ask for that information before I came to this clinic? The receptionist Lilly Rodriguez was very rude and sarcastic. I would not suggest this clinic if you're not Hispanic or know Spanish.

I waited an hour and a half and saw NO ONE!!!!I went to the front desk to see if anyone still worked there. I was told someone would see me shortly. After another wait I was brought into the room for my injections and waited. I finally decided to leave and the VERY RUDE Dr Rizzo said he would see me as I was walking out the door. He said they where slow because they weren't using paper any more. They JUST started using computers!!!!What a joke this place is!!!

I am a former employee and staff was rude to non-English speaking people. Worked in unsanitary conditions. Russian staff didn't like spanish ppl like myself. So I quit.
