I'm really impressed with Shannon Howard of Coldwell Banker! She is super friendly and dedicated to helping you find your next home and/or sell your current home. I like how quickly Shannon got back to me when I expressed interest in a property. She was also easy to work with when it came to viewing properties. I worked with Heather Acker she was amazing!! We had a plethora of challenges while selling my parents home, seriously it was like an avalanche of ONE THING after another. Heather kept me calm as I wrapped up renovations, clean up, clutter and all that comes with selling a home all while dealing with healthcare crisis! She was sensitive to a cancer diagnosis, chemo, radiation, appointments galore and all the stress and trauma that come with that diagnosis a recent back surgery and the fact most of the time I was either driving up to or back from Southern Oregon or some appointment up North. To be honest those are just a few of things we were dealing with, the total amount of life changing events in that 6m period is extremely long and overwhelming, but Heather always had a smile, help with a solution and heartfelt understanding of what we were going through. She never missed a beat, kept her cheer going and went the extra mile for us all.
