Amy and Peggy are the best people to work with from Mohave County Planning and Zoning Department! We started with Amy, who explained rezoning and reviewed our application, and then later Peggy, who guided with the hearing process and let us know what to prepare for. They were responsive and helpful each step of the way, and without them we would be clueless of what we need to do! We truly appreciate their responsiveness and patience with people.

Quick to answer questions and clarify zoning requirements. Lady was pleasant and knowledgeable about my property and had me out of the office in about 10 minutes.

I cannot say enough about the ladies here, both up and down stairs. Answered every question and worked with me with only kindness and smiles. Makes me much less worried about the actual permit process when that time comes. Keep up the fabulous customer care!

I have loved working with Mohave County's Development Services and Planning Department, they are organized, friendly, and helpful.

I don't know whats up with the last review. Drugs Maybe? Not sure, but their complaints are not even for the right department.
