I ordered something online they had free delivery to the store so I went there and picked them up they are my favorite sneakers by far and this is now my second pair they are the Easy Spirit Road runs and I love them they're so comfy and this is now my second pair and if I see they're not going to have anymore I just might buy a third pair

I love the clothes here. They are quality items and the store is one of the few upscale left.

JCPenny is one of the very FEW places you can order EXTRA TALL sizes...in this case, XL XT Stafford heavyweight tees. THESE shirts are LONG! LOVE 'EM! Expensive, but worth it. ($44 for four)
Am just shy of 6'5" and these go about a foot below my shorts.

JCPenney has unique clothing that you can't find in other stores, like pants, real pants not those tight things that everyone wears.

Love the sales and they have a huge selection of name brand clothes for men, women and children. The employees are so helpful and friendly 🙂

I hardly ever shop at JCPenny but found great deals online. When I received my order it was the completely wrong item and it was a huge size. I went into the store to return ir exchange the item. The young lady at the online desk, Tannaliz was friendly and tried her best to help with my order, even with it being close to closing time she helped me exchange the shoes that were incorrectly shipped and even went above to get another team member Emily C. To check if they had the item in stock. They were patient with my order and when they could not find my item they reached out to their manager Crissy to make sure I was still getting the deal if we re-ordered. Crissy was very helpful also. You could see by the way she communicated with her staff that she is a good leader and patient with her team. I have been back a few times to the store and all other team members are very friendly and helpful. Adrianna in the clothing dept also helped me during an in store order and she was very pleasant. Thank you all for your wonderful customer service.

When to get my eye examine Dr Harris was excellent, Sarah who is the manager is the reason I go to JCPENNEY she is a wonderful person has alot of etiquette, with her kindness it attracts people there I give her a 10;)

Love their clearance department...go alot of beautiful clothes today...they had alot on clearance..their shoe selection are beautiful...walk out with alot of thing..I love this place..

My favorite store because they have Juicy Couture finally!!! The tracksuits are little different then the original ones BUT same vibes. New colors.

When I couldn't find my size jeans, I'm tall, a very helpful associate found them in stock and had them shipped to my home.

I went in to get a special gift for my wife for Valentine's day and Ariel that works on the jewelry department helped me out from the beginning to end. He is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. Thanks Ariel.

Love it I go there when I want to. Buy my mother in Law a Beautiful nice Skirt for her to go to church not too many people know that if they go all the way back around once you enter fron the mall entrance you find some very Beautiful fine pieces of Clothing for big sizes on different occasions as well as Prices but the Beautiful clothing for the people you love.

Great place to shop sales associates know their merchandise and are very helpful. Also friendly and make you feel appreciated.
