My main contact Jill said they were short staffed but that wasn’t felt at all, even though I ordered from the low-end of their offerings and I’m sure they have more important customers to deal with. Will certainly look to them in the future.

I am helping a friend who is a Chinese costumer and we believe the bookstore has defrauded us. According to my knowledge, my friend has paid the full amount of money for two books and prepaid for the third book to the private account provided by the bookstore. We have the records of back and forth email contacts and info regarding the private account. The bookstore denied that they provided the private account, and they also refused to talk to us any longer and warned us that they will have legal files. As a loyal book buyer, my friend now is looking forward to their further responses and he hopes the case could be resolved as soon as possible.
