Awesome experience here. Staff was knowledgeable and attentive. They spent over a half hour helping me decide on the best running shoe for me and were not pushy at all. The selection was great and prices were reasonable! On top of that, I received 2 $15 rewards after my purchase. I will absolutely be a returning customer for life.

Excellent place to come for help in selecting the right athletic shoes. They conduct an analysis of your feet on their equipment including your walking patterns. The staff are helpful and bring you several pairs that fit your profile. I love the On Clouds I purchased.

A phenomenal customer service experience. I tried a new brand of shoes that felt like walking on a cloud. I had calf pain after about a week as they engaged the muscle differently, and I needed more of a stability shoe. Fleet Feet exchanged them for my tried and true Asics brand, and was so great about the exchange! I have been telling everyone I know about this place. I will gladly pay more for good footwear and daily comfort. Both associates were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Kara (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and competent as she helped me find just the right sneakers to accommodate my several foot issues (which included an AFO brace). She patiently worked through all the issues with me. I am happy with new sneakers, and they are very comfortable. I am very appreciative! It was a very good shopping experience.

Getting recommendations for sneakers based on my own feet and how I walk was life changing! I never would have chosen what was best for my feet on my own. The fact that they do the analysis for free is amazing. I’ve sent my family and they agree. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve purchased many sneakers here and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I made an appointment for a fitting and arrived early to browse. I was taken before my appointment time and helped immediately. The sales girl was very patient and helpful with my questions and concerns. I will definitely be back to this location.

Very nice experience. I'm 67 and have had surgery on each of my feet so I'm not easy to fit. The knowledgeable staff did a proper sizing and had me walk over some kind of walking analytical devise. After that, I was able to get my crooked feet fitted properly and comfortably. I will return to purchase another pair when needed. Thank you :-)

Best ever!! Even though we arrived very close to closing, the upmost care, skill and courtesies were provided. There until past closing and so grateful my son has everything he needs for running and school. He met his goal too in his new sneakers. No pain either. It's amazing. Thank you

Starting with the process to size my feet and find shoes that would suit my needs, the entire experience was pleasant and thorough. Shoes that were recommended were super comfy and helped my workout routine. Overall great experience.

I was gifted shoes here for Christmas that I didn’t start wearing until the following summer. Each shoe’s fabric ripped on the side right on the seam after 6 weeks of use due to what was clearly a defect. I brought the shoes back, almost 9 months after they were purchased, and the manager there recognized that the issue was a defect and not regular wear-and-tear. He helped me exchange them for a similar shoe, different brand, with no hassle whatsoever. Very friendly and very helpful. I look forward to doing business here again in the future!

I went and had my feet scanned for the first time to make sure I was getting the right shoes for running.
The woman that helped me was a amazing, answered all my questions and was patient with my young daughter asking a million questions. I left with two pairs of shoes and 2 pairs of socks. Went back the next day and bought another ten pairs of socks and some performance gel/powder. Definitely will be going again soon.
The store was clean, well organized and the staff were great.

Update: my feet have felt amazing even after being on them for 12 hours straight.
My runs are so much better now that I have the right footwear.

If you haven’t been to Fleet Feet in Longmeadow MA, run! They are the best. What a great selection of high quality shoes with also great sales. The sales help are quite knowledgeable and most friendly!

Our sales associate, Becca E, spent a lot of time with us, patiently answering questions and educating us about the features of various shoes so that we could make an informed decision. There was no pressure to buy, but we ended up finding a great pair of running shoes.

We LOVE Fleet Feet! They are dedicated to their local high school athletes! James, the store manager is awesome! The staff knows their stuff, they are friendly and welcoming!!!

Kara selected several styles/brands best suited for my needs based on the results of the fitting process and our discussion. No pressure, the friendly atmosphere, and a great selection of gear made shopping a pleasure!

I love my new sneakers and I felt welcome despite not looking like a typical runner. I brought my old sneakers and she helped me find something similar style and recommended an insert rather than a more stiff sneaker which seems to be helping a ton! Thanks!

Local store with better prices than the internet. Was able to have an associate help me with selection and have me her expertise on the shoes and sandals for my specific needs. Better to try on in store than to guess and order online and not a great fit and have to return…

It is amazing here - I definitely recommend it to anyone! Amanda was amazing and really took the time to get to know my partner and I while shopping. She helped us figured out our feet shape and size and what should would be ideal. She was so patient and willing to answer any questions. Great customer service and great products!

Went in today to return a pair of sneakers and do a refitting. Scott was very helpful. I’m a very indecisive person and tried on about 7 different sneakers including some inserts. He was very patient and gave good input on what shoes would be best for me with working 12hr shifts as a nurse. I will definitely be back, great customer service!!
