My family and i have purchased 5 vehicles and have had absolutely no complaints. The vehicles are/were dependable and service was great! Car just hit 224k with minimal issues.

I have purchased 2 cars from this dealer, great service, good quality cares will work with you. After I purchase the car if anything happens to go wrong with it Years later, I always go back there so they can fix it. I don't let no one else work on my car. NO Complaints❤

I have gotten nothing but the utmost respect and Honor from Rodney and Dante. They fixed my clutch in the Maxima I bought from them for about half of the price of everywhere else. Believing me, I called around. As soon as I have the funds I'll be looking into another vehicle from them. They take care of their customers. As a matter of fact, he replaced both of my front tires, when he only needed to replace one. He gave me $30 for gas and also gave me a free car wash voucher as well. I'll see you guys soon :-)

I was struggling and a friend of mine suggested that I try Excellence Auto. They worked with me and put me into a beautiful car!!! I highly suggest that if you are in need of acar, go see Dante or Rodney!!!!!!!!!

I might be getting a car from them but after seeing these reviews I'm very afraid I seen the perfect car but I don't wanna be stuck in a lemon I'll go back for a test drive and see how it works out I'm just hoping they've gotten better with their quality of service of the vehicles and hope they would think what if this was my favorite family member but I'm expecting the worst hoping for the best fingers crossed all works out just in time for the holidays but if I do make the purchase I will definitely be back to write another review on how things went and how I feel about the car and then I'll make another review in about 45 days after That as an update on how the vehicle is holding up especially cause it's winter and the snow is about to hit the ground but hope all goes well

Bought a vehicle here and unfortunately it didn't work out like it should of and I had to rescind the sale however, the staff and management did work with me to get me my money back and sort everything out. I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this place to anyone BUT compared to the other dealerships on state st they do have a decent inventory and are motivated to do what it takes to get you on the road..

These dealership suks really bad. all their cars are in poor condition. the let the outside of the car fool you it inside what matters. I try buying a Subaru impreza wrx it looks nice but let me tell you wen test droved it. i though it was going to fall apart. ask if willing to fix they gave the no and that it was sbeen sold as is. A 8,000 dollar car n they cant fix it. and they also were flirting with because im a female trying to get me to buy. i took my money elsewere. Please Avoid this people.

I had my vehicle towed to this dealer when the car they sold me broke down. I could not pick it up right away so it sat there for a few weeks. In that time one of their employees took my car, got a parking ticket, and I recieved no notice of it until I went to renew my license. When I called the dealership the person said they were no longer in business. I call bs and I recommend never doing business with these crooks.

JUNKS THAT WILL NEVER PASS STATE INSPECTION-DAMAGED--OVER PRICED-ALL PLACE SHOULD BE CALLED A SCRAP YARD-AVOID..-SCAMMERS--TAKES YOUR $ BUT THEN DOESN'T FIX ISSUES W/ PAID FOR VEHICLE AS PROMISED

Really unprofessional people they are really rude I waited already for my car to be finished for a week and 3 days giving to much excuses trust me stay away from this place its not worth it and its not worth your time
