Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto Rooter brought multiple teams to take care of blockage up to the main sewage drain outside the house. After camera work determined where there was a break in the line, the excavation team cut and repaired with Wye pipe. The blockage was very dark and the snake could not get through to the man hole so a jet service was the next to come to the rescue. Denys was awesome and cleared the line, using his jet machine and camera to see it through. This was a tough plumbing job.

Danny showed up promptly. He was very personable, professional, efficient, and competent. He diagnosed the problem (block in a basement drain), reviewed his plan of action and costs with me, augured the clog out and repeated twice more to be sure. He then tested the drain with a high flow “stress test” draining both the washer and utility sinks to confirm good flow, and cleaned up thoroughly. Danny did a great job, all within one hour. Kudos.

Had an incredible experience with Mike and Alex today! Right from the second I opened my door to greet them they were very friendly and easy going, made you instantly feel comfortable, very professional. They listened to me explain what the problem was, then proceeded to look around at everything and make a decision on where to begin. Literally the very first thing they tried was a success! (We got very very lucky I must say) they were able to fix the problem with ease and professionalism and even offered to do more to further ensure that when they left I would be okay. Also before they left, Alex persistently followed through by checking and made sure that all my sinks, my shower, and my toilet were not backing up anymore, made sure the toilet was now flushing and working properly and when he felt confident that the issue was fixed, he again asked once more if there was anything they could do for me before they left. Needless to say, I was very pleased with my overall experience with both Alex and Mike. If I ever need any service like that again I will NOT HESITATE TO CALL ROTO-ROOTER AGAIN! Rotor rooter arrived the day after putting the call in. I had multiple issues to assess (leak from bathroom into kitchen, lack of hot water and valve that didn’t close all the way). All three issues were identified within an hour, and 2/3 were resolved THE SAME DAY! The water tank which unknown to us had been leaking and needed to be replaced badly, and was done same day. Please note the tank being removed was a ridiculous 80 gallon tank that was removed and replaced with no complaint. Our wonderful tech is returning the next day to replace the pipes from my upstairs bathroom that has literally been an issue for easily 20 years, and every other plumber could not find the leak. Sincerely impressed and will suggest rotor rooter to everyone I know going forward. 10/10, fantastic service. I will only use rotor rooter going forward. Thank you!!!

We had an issue with roots growing into the pipes leading from our house to the town sewage line. Dennis arrived on site to evaluate the situation and give us a quote for the work. He gave excellent feedback on our situation and worked with me to find the best solution to the problem. Very quick and diligent worker, had our pipes cleaned out in no time! Also gave suggestions on future work that would help us out in the long run. Definitely suggest using Roto-Rooter if every guy is as nice as Dennis!

I was having issues with downspouts of home being clogged as they were underground. Apparently my regular company never flushed when cleaning gutters so it was a few years of buildup. I called roto rooter and they cleared the underground piping. They were efficient and did an amazing job clearing all the underground piping. I highly recommend them. They do a great job and come very quickly when you call them.

Dion was amazing. We had an emergency leak in our basement from a clogged main drain pipe and he was there within an hour. He was through, incredibly nice, and committed to fixing the issue and leaving the space clean. I was truly impressed

Denys was very professional, friendly, took time to explain the waterjet procedure and proceeded to unclog the sewer main in a matter of minutes. Like any roto-rooter crew, they are very clean, very attentive and once they are done it’s like they were never there.

I called for clogged pipes late on a Saturday. I had already spent hours trying to unclog myself with no results. I called Rotor Rooter and I could not believe the truck arrived in the hour. The crew brought in pipe equipment that the average person can’t buy at hardware store and they unclogged the pipe within an hour after great effort using their tools. The crew were experienced, friendly and professional. Totally recommend!

Customer service was phenomenal between Jason who assisted me with making an appointment and Danny who resolved my plumbing issue. Danny was knowledgeable, very friendly, and willing to answer my many questions. Would work with them again in the future.

Roto-Rooter did a great job clearing the clog that was causing our bath tub to not drain. They were very professional and got everything fixed efficiently.

Dennis was incredible. Came in on a snowy day, knew exactly how to set up and was efficient and insightful about the issue. Should the issue arise again, I’ll be requesting him!

The came the day before to do an estimate which I felt was extremely fair for what I was having done. When they came back to do the work they did an awesome job and the best part was at the end. I went to make the payment and the job came out to be a lot cheaper then we were all expecting. I’ve always had people tell me to stay away from big companies when it comes to plumbing but these guys were great.
