We had a great experience working with Peter. He held a vehicle for a week for us while we waited for some necessary paperwork. The vehicle we purchased didn't pass inspection at first (it's a used car, they almost always find something wrong, it wasn't a safety issue so not a big deal to us) and he worked with us so we could get the car serviced closer to home, as his mechanic in Springfield was a two hour trip for us, one way. He answered every single one of our calls regarding this and was very accommodating of the distance and we were able to get the issue fixed very quickly. I would recommend this dealership; from our first conversation with Peter, my husband and I both felt that he was honest and up-front with us. You don't always get that vibe from a car salesman but we definitely did here.

Great Owner With Genuine Love & Passion For His Business!!

Agreed to purchase a car from one of their guys over the internet. When I get there with cash in hand the supposed owner told me that he was not going to sell the car for that price and that if I wanted it I would have to bring him $2,000 on top of the price his worker agreed to sell me the car for. I showed him the messages I shared with his worker and he said that he was sorry but to bring him more money. Rude, unprofessional and seems like they do anlot more than sell cars. Sham of a dealership, stay away!

This place is a scam! Do not shop here. We were in contact with them regarding a specific car multiple times over two days. We told them we would be making the more then 100 mile drive to look at the car as we really wanted it. The employee/boss got our name and number. Once we got to the car lot we were told the car just sold this morning but they had other vehicles we should look at - classic bait and switch! The guys acted as if he was in the phone with someone he called "boss" blamed the situation on his boss and when asked why no one called us he said the car was sold without him knowing and stated a different time of the sale then previously stated. SCAM!!! No apologies, the person behind the counter didn't even care that we were upset. Almost laughing at the situation. Not to mention the run down shake that hasn't been cared for at. Which is obvious reflection of how they run their business.

Car was a good car large selections of Foriegn high end vehicles but they are Way overpriced. The financial banks they Approve through doesn't respect Equifax credit score and was Blantley denied me when i was plus 600 and they only needed 560
when I was approve only free and never serviced the car ever. Waiting for my lemon law paper work to file. No Horn..Bad radiator and never had the Shop open for Complaints or Sales for that matter.

Extremely rude and bad business. I will never go back ever again. First made me wait 30-45 minutes for him when they were already opened, then I took the car for a test drive and I came back and he was gone again. Horrible customer service. Not willing to negotiate. Price of the car on CarGurus was $7,999 and when I got there it was $8,800 and he said he had already dropped $1,000. I will never go back there ever again.
