Arizona Inn

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and within easy walk to tourist sites in Kingman. Cold ice, hot coffee. Front desk lady was a hoot. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of times several years back and it impressed me. The family running it impressed me, especially when one of them stayed up almost all night to wait for me (specifically to wait for me) after my flight was delayed and I arrived at around 3am. It's not exactly up to date with a lot of frills. The rooms are simple, but the sheets were clean and the rooms were clean. I have stayed in Embassy Suite hotels where the staff didn't even change the sheets, and those were roughly $300-400/night. This hotel was very affordable with some of the best rates available, and it was cleaner than almost all the other hotels I have ever stayed in. I suspect that's due to the dedication of the people who own it. The only reason I'm writing the review now is that I was considering a trip out to Kingman and remembered this place and recalled that I did not write a review the last time. If you're looking for a room to sleep in and use as a base while you spend your days doing other things, you can't go wrong by staying at the Arizona Inn. If you want an expensive resort with unlimited amenities, a massage parlor, a personal trainer, a dock for your boat, in-room Michelin dining, a maid for your laundry, opportunities to spend gargantuan sums of money on rocks dug up out of the earth, etc. you'll want to go to Vegas. If I do venture back out to Kingman, I will be staying at the Arizona Inn.

What a nice, clean and friendly motel. Room was large and super clean. Freeway close.
Next time I pass through I will stay here.

My wife and I were driving back from Vegas and decided to crash for the night in Kingman. I booked a room at the Arizona Inn at the last minute, and was super-happy with the experience. The room is clean, well appointed (it had a fridge and microwave, more than the Luxor did :) The desk clerk was friendly and we had a very restful night. Would definitely stay there again!

Room is clean. receptionist is nice. The only bad thing is that AC is noisy. Overall it is a very good place for its price.

The curb appeal of the hotel is not on par with the rooms. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely finished. A refrigerator, microwave, and large flat screen TV with tons of channels were welcome amenities. The air conditioner worked very, very well. The bathroom was perfect.

I am glad that I read a few reviews and decided to stay. I will stay again.

Clean, comfy and it felt safe. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the stay. And for the price it's a 5 star rating from me. And there is a great taco place right out front.

We found the Arizona Inn to be a great value. Our room was very clean and comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and the TV, fridge, AC and microwave all worked very well. The staff is friendly and, most importantly, we got a great night's sleep.

Good price, good room, quiet, well lit parking, easy access to the highway. Well worth it.

Rooms look like they were recently renovated. Everything is new. Comfortable bed. Very fast free Wifi. Fridge and microwave. Very nice budget motel.

I thought this place was great for the price. The AC worked well, and the room was very clean. The family that owns it is amazing. Service was great and everyone was very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, friendly, can't beat the price.
The location was very convient, right off the highway on the way from Las Vegas to Phoenix. And for a motel you can't ask for much better. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this was perfect. Also the option to have 3 queen beds worked perfectly for us as we're 6 adults traveling the area. I absolutely recommend this place and would stay again.

Rooms were recently remodeled, but the exterior looked weathered. Bed provided a nice balance of cushioning and support.
Staff was friendly.
Coffee and Tea is available from 6:30 - 9:30am.

This is a great little community minded motel. The gentlemen at the front desk were super lovely to me, and even blocked the room next door to me (that was “adjoining” with a door) because I said I would be afraid to fall asleep.
So sweet!
And the room (I am in 120) is clean, quiet, with a comfortable bed, and three pillows!
It has a huge parking lot (that is monitored by several cameras), and I was able to park my SUV towing a 19ft trailer with plenty of space.
The only caveat is they do not allow pets.
I’m a single woman who has road tripped to every state in this country except Alaska so I do know what I’m talking about when it comes to local non-chain hotels for safety, comfort, and great hospitality.
Definitely can recommend!

Such a comfortable bed and pillows at a great price!

I’ve been staying here almost weekly for last couple months for business. It’s a wonderful hotel and consistently clean and comfortable. The free WiFi works very well. Good pillows of all types. Last week my car needed a jump and they were very gracious and got my car going on a very cold morning. Just nice place and an area I feel safe, with great people.

We will definitely stay here again! The price was right and it was so accommodating. We’ve been on a trip and stayed 3 nights elsewhere and this was the best of all! Thank you!

Room was so clean bed was very comfortable fluffy pillows nice fixtures and water was hot! Price was excellent and the staff super friendly will definitely make this a place I stay again ..
