Plan b Springfield

Had a Baja Burger "in the grass" (no bun) with a side of chips and a pineapple cider. Honestly pretty good burger and excellent service. Would definitely come back again. A bit pricey but not unreasonable.

Everything here is delicious (dry rub wings were a bit salty though). Drinks were great. Service was amazing!!! But make sure to give your spouse a heads up if you go here, so they don’t think you bought emergency contraceptive when they see the name of this place on the credit card bill.

The Plan B Burger Bar is a burger joint in Springfield, Massachusetts and located inside the same complex which houses the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.

We arrived at approximately 12:15 p.m. The establishment was moderately filled, and we were seated immediately.

In addition to fresh, ground black Angus beef burgers, one can order veggie burgers, chicken or fish sandwiches, mac and cheese dishes, and more. The restaurant has a bar filled with wine, beer, and bourbon.

I chose the Breakfast Burger, which consisted of bacon, Jack cheese, fried egg, and spiced maple aioli on a croissant bun. The croissant was fresh, the bacon thick, and the egg had a lot of yoke dripping off the burger. Another delicious choice was the Bacon Cheese, which included bacon. American cheese, caramelized onions and garlic mayonnaise. Each dish came with a cup of tasty french fries which can be switched with organic mixed greens.

After building up an appetite walking through the basketball museum, Plan B would be an excellent choice to satisfy it.

Plan B Burger was one of the first restaurants I tried when I first came to Western Mass! Charlene is such a welcoming and nice server <3 So far I’ve tried to fish sandwich and the cheese burgers (both the Tavern Classic and the mini cheeseburgers). For drinks, the first one I tried was the B-berry (very true to its description beware lol) and I actually came here one time JUST for that drink 🤣 so good. The second one I got was the Prickly Pear Marg, in mango of course cause mango is the best. The salt rim was the I love the food, the drinks, and especially the duality of the place! I can come here by myself to get some work done and have a drink, AND I can bring the family here for a nice night out (: my forever return spot. My next try is their dessert!!

Starving and needed food. I was starting at the Hilton and this amazing burger place which has a four star feel but a 3 star price. Great burger and drinks and Aioli and fries and Ashanti was my server and she was very attentive without hovering. Will be back. They did not have the pulled pork appetizer and that did disappoint.

Really great fish and chips. Justin was a great server. Solid, would recommend.
Gluten free options aplenty.

We had Cj as our server and he made the entire night for us. He was so extremely helpful and sociable. Very Polite and knew exactly when we needed him. Gave us fantastic recommendations and was also so honest. Because of him this is now our new favorite place to come! Cj is the best server we have ever had!

Great food, great service, we had a little bit of a wait, but it was comfortable. Food was fantastic and came out promptly. There was also lots of options to eat.

plan b should be everyone’s plan a, food is amazing. waitress told us that they were short staffed and it may lead to a little wait but food was out fresh in the matter of 20 minutes! that’s less than expected, she was amazing!

Fantastic burgers! We ran into a technical issue ordering online so we called the store and Kurt was super helpful and made sure we ended up with exactly what we wanted. It was so refreshing to immediately talk to someone who could help. The burgers were absolutely delicious (we got the tavern classic and turkey club), and I would absolutely recommend plan b for both their delicious food and excellent customer service!

Jaden was wonderful!! I’ve been wanting to take my husband here for a while and he loved the burgers 😌 service was excellent and Jaden was super sweet and friendly. Can’t wait to come back for another date night.

Loved the food here and my waiter was awesome. Great spot to grab some lunch. When I am in town again, I will definitely come back.

I've heard good things about this place and was in town so I figured I'd stop by. Had the bacon smokehouse burger and truffle fries. Both were delicious.

The service was amazing! The food came out great everything was up well made and delicious. They had had many gluten free options and checked on recipes for allergies without a problem. definitely recommend stopping by for a meal.

If there was an option to give more stars, I would have done that. The food was delicious... And yeah don't forget to request for Enid as your server, she knows the food very well (including ingredients) to recommend.

First time and enjoyed very much. Sunday lunch was upped a notch with acoustic guitarist who's vocals were right on♡ Had to try out their burgers as I heard they are really good...True Story! Kept it simple with one tradional cheeseburger medium rare and one smokey bbq patty brisket burger $$$ if you are looking for apps, drinks and burgers/entrees. Clean, hip atmosphere...outside seating available too♡

Great dine in and take out. Food was great. And prices accordingly. Placed online order snd it was ready in like 10 minutes which was a huge bonus. Highly recommended

The Greek chicken bowl is really good! Haven't had the burgers, but my fiancé likes them.

Burgers are dynamite, bourbon was smooth but the poppers were outrageously spicy, a bit much for us, if you love a spicy dish I recommend this appetizer. We split the flourless chocolate cake for dessert, very rich but a nice end to the meal.

Great customer service !! From the Hostess to the servers they seem to Ebb and Flow,getting the drinks and Hot ,Delicious food to the table in a timely manner even when it was a busy period! This well run establishment has a earned it's 5 star rating! Clean restaurant ,clean restrooms overall ambiance is a 10!
