This place closes at the wildest of times. I always try to get going before then, but sometimes I get stopped by a frog who won't let me leave until I give him his flies? Regardless, I had a great and whimsical time. Tell Albert I said hi!

I've been tracking it up to the tower from community park since I was about 9 or so years old. And surprisingly from that time right up until now it hasn't changed one bit (graffiti and other stuff from other people) the view is well worth the short walk, make sure its not hazy out you won't see far. You can sew Hartford plain as day, and whatever city that is behind Hartford. I really do hope the city makes it a historical landmark and saves it. It's a precious relic from a past that seems almost non existent in today's world.
