New Generations Plumbing and Heating

On one of the coldest days of the year our boiler just stopped working. In a desperation I reached out to several HVAC companies, New Generation Plumbing and Heating quickly responded and followed-up. The owner, Dennis, advised us on options and helped us decide what to do. It was a relief to work a professional. Any questions or concerns we had in the days following were answered promptly. I had been considering replacing the hot water heater months before and so in our case it made sense to replace the entire heating and hot water system. His crew was polite and on time giving us a heads up before they arrived. Their work was top shelf. It is a relief to know that in the future if we have a plumbing/heating problem or project we know who we can count on.

The owner Dennis was extremely friendly and informative. I called many places because my water heater was on it's way out and I was told that it could stop working any day, but it wasn't actually leaking. New Generations Plumbing was the only business that didn't put me on a multiple week backorder because "my machine isn't leaking so it isn't urgent". He helped me make a decision about which water heater I should replace my unit with. He was not pushy about my decision and only gave me the facts. He was not offended that I did my own research to back up what he was telling me, and explained any questions I had based on my googling. He gave me a lot of his time before I was even officially his customer, and helped me apply for a rebate on the energy efficient machine his crew installed. He was on vacation the day of installation and was still available to answer my questions and make sure his crew had everything they needed! I am very happy with my choice and would recommend this company.
