I am very pleased to have found this studio. The teaching is excellent, and the instructors are very good at adapting to the level of proficiency in the class (I've attended classes taught by Caleigh and Ashley.) The energy in the studio is positive and warm (pardon the pun, it is hot yoga, but not too hot!) I am actively trying to recruit others to join.

Hot yoga and barre classes are challenging but fun. No two classes are the same! The instructors genuinely care about what they do. Small classes, friendly members, non-judgmental atmosphere.

Best fitness center in the area! The coaches are super friendly and encouraging. Awesome environment. Best place I have ever trained !!
