I've taken both cars here and both times they did a wonderful job. No overcharge, in fact they were a couple hundred less than a quote before at C & R Tire. I was told by previous quote that the engine light was on due to a gas cap and neck, quote close to $600. I had Jackson's check the engine light and after the work on the brakes it wasn't even on, they were honest about that. They even picked me up to pick up my car. Service is outstanding in my opinion.

Was towed here on Memorial Day after blowing out my two front tires. The next day they had my car out of there by 8:45am. Great service and a great price. Skip the other smaller guys near by. Jackson’s has the lowest prices and enough staff on hand to get you back on the road in no time!

I had early morning car trouble and called around to several other auto services in the area who were either not open or who were just so busy they couldn't even take 5 minutes to look at my car....until I called Jackson's Auto Sales & Services in Palmer. Rich answered and when I told him what was wrong with my car he immediately replied with a "come on down, we will certainly take a look at for you"! I was there within 15 minutes and the car was up on the lift in less than 5! The mechanic, Doug, was outstanding. He took his time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, fix, test drive, inspect again, and explain his findings with me. John, at the front desk, was courteous, respectful of my time, and ensured the entire operation and the services rendered were nothing less than outstanding. And they were!! It is hard to find this level of amazing customer service in our modern world!! It is the Mom and Pop shops like this that matter.
We drove in with a flat tire after stopping at shop A. for nothing but attitude and annoyance from that owner and landed at Jackson's where our dog received snuggles and the tire was serviced. On the road for a weekend of camping and hockey.

Been coming here for the last 8 years and I've always had a great experience. They're very friendly and helpful and I always feel like they're being up front and honest. Prices are fair and with every 4 oil changes, you can get the 5th free! Highly recommended

I love Jackson's Auto. Mr. Jackson is an incredibly nice man. He is always very friendly! The rest of the staff has always been friendly to me too! I have experienced other auto places trying to take advantage of me because I am a young woman, but this is not the case at Jackson's Auto. I have always experienced very fair prices here. One time, Mr. Jackson wouldn't allow me to pay for my oil change just because he wanted to be generous. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

When I arrived I saw sign that said cash only for inspection. So had to go to the ATM and then back. Walked in and was next up my inspection. Was done in less than 30 minutes. My car was waiting outside the door. Quick and easy - good experience.

This placed saved us! They were very accommodating and friendly. We had an emergency tire blow out and they fixed us up right at the end of their day, with a great attitude and exemplary service. I highly recommend them!
