I don't know where to start on how Frank and Tina both went above and beyond to help me. Not just with a car but to even plug me in with a veteran who would help fight for more benefits for me through the VA. Any question I had about the car was answered truthfully and transparently. I purchased out of state and traveled to purchase a car which I got a great deal on. I got an appointment at the Connecticut DMV and after I purchased the vehicle they let me keep it at their dealership for 2 weeks and then drove it to the Connecticut DMV as a courtesy for me so I could put plates on it and just drive it home. 100%. I would definitely consider purchasing an additional vehicle and Frank, the owner is the type of person. If you tell him what you're looking for, he might find you what you're looking for at the auction. The mechanic guy is very helpful and nice. He sent me high resolution pictures of anything I wanted to see while I was interested in the car. These folks are extremely honest. A+

Let me start with the customer service, which is impeccable. The owners are great people who look out for your best interest when purchasing a vehicle. They we’re very helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check this place out. Not only do they have a good variety of cars but as I said the owners make this place great, I wouldn’t go anywhere else after my experience there.

I can't say enough about the great experience I had at International Auto Sales - from day one right up to the final steps in making my purchase. The staff made me feel welcomed and worked with every step of the way. My mechanic gave the vehicle an initial inspection .. repairs were identified and corrected quickly and without hesitation. I had my final inspection by my mechanic tonight and I get my "new baby" tomorrow. THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH International Auto staff .. you're the best!

I bought a 2001 p t cruiser there and was very satisfied with service. I thought it needed new wipers and owner went next door to c.a.p and replaced them no charge, no hassle. I've had car over a year and love it. Thanks!

Just bought our daughter a 2005 Volkswagen beetle here.

My experience with the owner has been the worst business choice of my life. My wife advised me not to buy there. I should've listened! The guy is all smiles when he's trying to sell u a car, but all that changes once you find out the car has a thousand problems! I swear to god you will risk loosing your freedom if u deal with this guy. I'm still paying off a 97' caddy catera ( which by the way, should only be priced at 3,000$ if it's in mint condition), the car was anything but mint, and has given me nothing but headaches... The guys wife will try to help you, but he will tax you to fix things which he never "noticed" were wrong with the car. To top all the issues the car came with, i now have to go all summer with no a/c in my car, and my entire passenger side gets flooded when it rains! In order for them to fix yet another issue I GOTTA PAY! I am highly disappointed that places like these are allowed to exist, and am a very dissatisfied costumer. They should only do what's fair and cancel out the rest of the payments or buy the car back, but the guys greed is...... Never mind. I just wish I never dealt with them.

I bought a 2001 chevy impala from inernational auto and when i got it inspected in my state i found out the undercarriage was completely rusted. The brake line was half replaced the rotors are no good the shocks are rusted the fuel line needs to be replace as well. Tina told me the car had no rust on it at all and it had been in no accidents which is a lie. This place is terrible im reporting them to the Better Busines Bureau they are crooks. Also i believe they swapped pictures b/c the car they showed me online had a patruots bumper sticker and the car they sent me doesn't. The only thing not rusted on this this car is the interior and the engine. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! If you do ignore all the other reviews be prepared to go to the BBB

They sold me a 2004 Volkswagen beetle. The first 2 days the car turned on the check engine light, they said "they'd fix the problem about 7 times" in the end I ended up paying 500$ just 3 weeks after getting the car...the idiot mechanic they have doesn't do anything. PLEASE BEWARE. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! AND TINA GIVES YOU ATTITUDE IF YOU GO BACK TRYING TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED. SHE CHARGES 198.00$ to do your paper work. THEY STEAL. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER GO HERE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE.

Id rate this company zero. Crooks. Sell Car Auction Junk with bandaid fixes. DONT Buy from these idots
