No doubt a 5 star review for this pizza place! When we came in we were told we could get seated anywhere we’d like . Our two children were offered high chairs. Our waiter was very pleasant. The food was ready quite fast!! you could tell the food was homemade , the mozzarella sticks were out of this world! Overall we were very pleased with our experience!

Ate there for first time last night it was outstanding . Grape leaves were the best I've had in a long time. The staff was very welcoming and polite. We are making this our new place to eat. Thank you for the great food.
My daughter drives from South Hadley for the pizza after she tried one that we bought. EXCELLENT !

Pretty solid pizza. Good quality, plenty of toppings. I’d go back if I’m ever in the area again.

I placed a special request take out order for my Quesadilla.. Chicken, greens, Avacado with Swiss Cheese.. which is similar to the Chicken Panini. They had no gripes with my special request.

I will order this again, so tasty and quesadilla was cooked to perfection!!

Favorite pizza place! We drive up from Connecticut to eat here. Always amazing food and service! Family owned and a great people! Love this place! Moved out of Chicopee 3 years ago and haven't found anywhere the can even compare

Best pizza and wings I've had in Chicopee people are friendly fries are the best and food is always great definitely would recommend Pizza Palace. Best flavor of wings are the sweet chili but all flavors are good.

The food is outstanding here I ordered the chicken fingers with mild sauce and found the batter to be delicious. I order chicken fingers a lot and found these to be in the top 5 places I have found. They always have microbrews on tap and the 4 guys I was with loved the one they had at the time from Back East Brewing (Ice Cream Man). When ever i have to visit our sister plant in Mass. I go to the Pizza Palace.

Food is awesome! Their white pizza is ohhh so cheesy and delicious! Boneless wings were crunchy and saucy , meatball grinder was one of the best ive had in a longgg time....Owners/staff are very nice ! Great little spot if you dont want to be dissapointed.

Can someone from this place please tell me why their food is so good?!? There's few places I'm consistently impressed by and Pizza Palace always exceeds my expectations...my god your food is good. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Occasionally I visit the Chicopee area as my business attends trade shows and fairs. The first trip to be honest, I drove by this place as I thought it was a typical pizza shop. The second time, I really needed a quick bite and it was right down the street, so I checked it out.

This is not your typical pizza shop. Cozy little place with some character as well... Ask them about the ceiling fans :) They have a little bar as well.

I now have gone there 5 times, and each time I am more and more excited ass I am trying different items. Each time its a big hit. Regardless if it is a pastrami, steak sandwich, mozzarella sticks, pizza, paste dishes, etc.

Honestly the best part is the family that runs this place. very friendly and personable. The second time I showed up, they remembered me! They even remembered how I like my pastrami sandwich. They are that rare breed of good people.

Oh yeah.... You will love their prices and their great portions!!

This is truly the Hidden Gem of the Springfield Area and even for New England!

Best pizza in the area great deals cheap prices for quality food. Very nice people. I can honestly say there is not one bad thing I can think of when it comes to this place.

I have to say this place hasn’t change from them being in holyoke and relocated to Chicopee, it’s been 12 years since I’ve haven’t had there food that’s my fault. So there’s no excuse on me for not going there, but I have to say I order bacon chicken ranch pizza and small pepperoni it was great and by the way crust was crunchy and toasted if you pizza like that. But I got to say the visit with the owner n mama dukes brought back old memories.. Gooooo Pats.... I’ll be back soon... People just have try this spot.

It was great. I had just left a place where the waitress was soooo mean I got up and walked out. When I got to the Pizza Palace I told the waitress that she was the opposite of the waitress I just walked out on. Good For Y'all. Keep it up best Pizza I've had in a while.
