Just bought our 3rd car here. Bob was awesome. O2 sensor failed and Bob made sure it was replaced and my wife back on the road in no time. Lots of great deals to be had. Know what you are looking for and you cant go wrong. This is the first place we go when we need to replace a car.

The experience I had at ESA was actually better than the 3 previous experiences I had with named large dealerships. The salesman I dealt with was Bob. He was very supportive and not pressuring to us. I did my research online for the exact car we wanted and he showed it without hesitation. He explained the car thoroughly and too the time to answer all of our questions and concerns like a sensor light issue and he brought it to a place to have fixed the next day. When we came to purchase and register the car, he had all of the paperwork filled out to a T and in order for us to bring to the DMV. We found a car that was in great shape for a great price with great customer service. We recommend Bob and do the research online (there are cars there that aren't online too!) find the cars you want. Happy Car Shopping!!
