Mercy Medical Center

I had an MRI performed at Mercy Medical Center. There was adequate parking near the facility. I did not have to wait at all. The staff genuinely cared about my comfort. The results were posted the next day. I was very happy with the overall experience.

From the moment Mom walked into the ER, she was treated kindly and professionally. From tests through procedures, all was explained to her and doctors also called me (out of state). She felt less confused and more confident than she did at her last 2 hospital admissions in the past year. After discharge, we received prompt calls from pathology and also for a follow up visit. Staff was attentive, and the atmosphere was calm and caring. She was seen by student as well as staff nurses, and she said that head of hospital stopped by to see how she was doing. Overall, an excellent outcome for a 5 day hospital stay with multiple procedures and surgery.

I can't complain from day 1 into my surgery and the stay to my dismissal was extremely good thanks for everything

Mary, my nurse in prop was very helpful. She ensured all my needs were met even though I was not the neediest patient in the unit that day. Also, the young man, tech, in the radiology department ensured all my needs were met there. He even escorted me back to the pre OP unit. A great experience due to your outstanding staff.

Since I have been treated at Mercy the Staff and care I have been receiving has been fantastic. The Staff does so much to make you feel great

I had to wait in the ER for about a little over an hour once the ambulance brought me in. I was experiencing difficulty breathing. Once I was seen by iTriage I was taken directly into a room the nurse saw I was having trouble breathing. From there on , my experience with the Dr. and the Nurses and staff was Great.

I was admitted to triage for an exacerbation of my COPD, wait time was minimal. I have to say that what really stood out toe was the caring, compassionate care I received from my nurse, abc who made me feel so much better just with her level of empathy! Your organization must be proud of her . I feel so lucky to have met her. Thank you!!!

Had a great experience at Mercy GI. A unit secretary named Margaret went above and beyond to get me in at an earlier time which was very important to me. She even found me later to say hello and introduce herself. The recovery nurses were fantastic.

I just spent 10 days at Mercy Medical and I would like to thank Mary Jo Matroni in Recovery. Also Tammi, Kerri, Wilfredo, Matthew Kristie Brandy Brandon & Kaylee. On the 4th. Floor.

Thank you, Mercy, for everything you all have done for me during my emergency surgery yesterday. I had the most wonderful angels for nursing staff in the ER (I wish I knew their names) Everyone continuously supported me, telling me everything was going to be just fine. They explained all aspects of what was happening, and made sure I felt comfortable.
My surgery was a life saving surgery, and I truly can’t thank you all enough. I probably wouldn’t be alive right now if it wasn’t for the prompt service I received here… thank you to my nurses, surgeons, anesthesia team, and everyone else. I am so truly grateful for each and every single one of you.

My previous mom is once again in the e.r.
So concerned about her. She is going on 92.
I am thankful she has a wonderful Nurse named Marissa. Marissa has been very thoughtful updating me as well....

Had my mammogram yesterday@Mercy. Great staff ( I believe Chelsea?) she made my experience comfortable. She was Friendly, courteous, informative & reassuring. It’s the staff that gives a hospital their reputation.

I went in to the ER today thinking I was going to hear the worst word I would ever want to hear. Can't say how well I was cared for. The professionalism showed from everyone was exceptional ! Can't say thank you enough, and it turned off to be much better than expected. Once again thank u so very much.

Great place, efficient, professional, knowledgeable employees. They show empathy, right on top care, answered all my questions. Nurses are number 1 there. Dr. Kim was very professional, knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Did I say nurses were awesome. Best hospital I've ever been to.

Had an great experience for a bad reason at Mercy hospital. The staff was awesome, very friendly and took care of all my needs. This unfortunately is my 3rd surgery at this hospital and every experience has been the same with no problems.

I have always liked Mercy Hospital. My last visit was quick. The staff were all very nice and friendly, from the greeter to the receptionist to the technicians. They showed compassion and answered my question.

299 Carew St Suite 301. Today was my first colonoscopy and I was very nervous. But the staff made my feel so welcome from start to finish. Yes they were right I had nothing to worry about and everything went smooth. It happen so fast, that I was mad for worrying lol. So I sent an edible gift to the staff that had ensured my safety is in there hands. Thank You Taylor, Kristen, Dawn, Trudy, Fe, Dr. Cooke, Brenda, Juan and everyone in that department. Again THANK YOU.

I brought my boyfriend to get checked out for excruciating pain he’s been having and from the moment we walked in to the moment we left, every nurse, administrators, doctors were all so nice, empathetic, caring and understanding. They got him in right away to start bloodwork and testing, cared if we were okay or needed anything. Loved the staff, even though we are not sure what the issue is, they did everything they could to find out and gave referrals for specialist .

Dr Orgell, ER, was great and compassionate professional; nursing staff was accommodating towards my disabilities. Thank you Mercy for being there when I really needed an entity to lean on.

I had lung cancer surgery last week at Mercy. Staff was so kind and patient. Spent 5 days and couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you Mercy!
