JoshaColin Experience never disappoints. I have been wowed every single time I have attended one of their events. You know the moment you step into an experience that you are in for a real treat. From the ambiance to the food and all that’s in between, the entire experience takes New England dining to a whole other level. I highly recommend attending an event hosted by JoshuaColin. Who wouldn’t love delicious locally sourced farm to table food?!

After attending their Speakeasy in the woods, it became clear that Josh and Colin seek to create an atmosphere through which food should be experienced. Great food will be illuminated great company, quality ingredients, expert preparation, and a venue so natural that you could watch your ingredients travel from the vine to your plate. This was not some simple catered event.

Any and all food that Joshua Houghton has ever created has been absolutely delicious! So much thought goes into the pairings of foods, beverages and presentation. The way Joshua and Colin create recipes and menus by bringing ingredients straight from the farm to table is just fantastic. There is nothing more appealing than eating something fresh that you know was grown right there on the farm or locally sourced. I go to them for all of my catering needs and recommend them to everyone!

Joshua and Colin turn food into an entire experience. They pay close attention to every detail, and elevate what you thought you know about food, and leave an impression that will last forever. It comes from Colin's knowledge of local products that are in season and at peak freshness, and Joshua's ability to transform these ingredients into delicious masterpieces. Their fall event, Speakeasy in the Woods, was located on the farm from where some their produce comes from. It isn't often that you attend an event where the produce was grown, prepared, and turned into an extraordinary meal all at the same location. Not only at this event, but from other events and parties as well, I am always highly impressed, and always looking forward to the next experience that awaits!

Had an AMAZING experience at an event of theirs. Great people, great atmosphere and even better food! They made a point to not only talk about the ingredients but to show you how fresh they were by picking them right on the farm. Its hard to find food as fresh as I tasted here while being reasonable priced, healthy and more importantly tasty. Every dish was better than the last, and I know who I'll go to for catering in the future!

I had the pleasure of being at an event hosted and catered by Josh and Colin in June. Their passion and dedication to bringing high quality food, drinks, and experiences was unrivaled. They're also just straight up great people who truly care about making their customers happy. I would highly recommend them if you want a catering experience that goes above and beyond.

These are the guys! So much thoughtful preparation goes into every aspect of their events, it's clear they love what they do and just want to spread the love. And if you need catering for special diets, vegan, gluten-free, whatever, they have you covered. And not just a hummus platter and green salad for the veggie folks, like most parties, but delicious dishes created with just as much care as anything else they serve. I've never had better vegan tacos!

You know when something is so good that you think about it for weeks afterward? Their food is that good. Josh and Colin’s attention to detail, local sourcing and flavor-enhancing cooking methods create a uniquely curated experience for all to enjoy. Whatever the event, do yourself a service and choose these guys to inspire your pallet!

I attended the fall Speakeasy In The Woods and was blown away. The guys blew it out of the water with every aspect. The food and drinks were on point and super fresh and the menus were curated by the boys with local ingredients, most of which were sourced from the farm which the event was held on and if not, from other local farms in the area. It was evident that tons of hours of work and thought went into every detail and I was impressed by al the little details. The silent disco and music was killer as well. These guys do great work and they don’t leave any stone unturned. Looking forward to the next event!

Very professional and well organized. Josh shows a profound knowledge and understanding of everything food related. Colin, while still a little green in terms of experience, displayed fantastic enthusiasm for his concoctions.

An all around amazing experience! You can tell these guys truly care about what they do. And I love that they locally source most of their ingredients. Accessible and familiar dishes with a twist and a seasonal freshness hard to find elsewhere. Every bite was as good as the last. Looking forward to being fed by them again!

I attended a Joshua and Colin event in early June, all I can say is that they are passionate in purveying the finest ingredients in New England, receptive to feedback and customer concerns, and bring an atmosphere that is a unique food experience.
