Revisited, while an Older establishment, it is clean & welcoming. The surprise & gem is the food flavorful and plentiful, right down to the garlic bread & soup's & the desserts are absolutely scrumptious! The service is outstanding and expect a little bit of a wait because everything is made to order.

New owners but with the same menu.
We had two different pizzas two weeks ago, and tonight had their Baked Stuffed Shrimp and Veal Marsala. Food is out of this world good. The shrimp was better than before, as was the Veal Marsala. Pizza was the same Ole, which in itself is terrific.

John’s PIZZARIA let me have my Son’s party there with a few days notice which was awesome. All the workers were very friendly , especially Jennifer, we had about 25 people there and everything was right on time and taste awesome. Jennifer was very helpful and helping me decide what to get for my guest. I definitely highly recommend John’s Pizza they have a great menu and their services totally awesome. I give it a top 10!!!

Have enjoyed eating here for years. New owners have expanded the menu and added some great new desserts as well. Great to see a long term business continue under new ownership. Our food was fantastic. Look forward to trying all your new menu items 😋

This was mine,my husband's and daughter's first time eating here in which I had the chefs salad, my husband had the meatball sub and our daughter had the roast beef grinder, we were very pleased with our food plus filled us up and the people were so friendly too,we will be coming back to try out many more goodies. I would give this place 10 🌟 if not more.

Wonderful lunch and service at John’s! I used to take my grandmother when she lived nearby. The excellent food and very fair price makes
John’s a must try ! I highly recommend. Where can you go for a delicious Italian lunch and salad for $9.99? A great bargain ! The manicotti was delicious ! I recommend ending your meal wirh a chocolate cannoli !

Had a wonderful dinner, great service as well as food at a right price. The new owner stopped by the table to introduce himself so it was nice to meet the young entrepreneur.

A day before my wife and I went to an exclusive and very pricey establishment in Holyoke. We both agreed the food was much better than at the overpriced establishment in Holyoke. However, the ultimate kicker at the Holyoke establishment was the dual pricing. They will charge you an additional 5% if you pay with a card. As a former restaurant owner I know that credit card processing fees are nowhere 5%.

Under new Ownership. The Grinders are really NOT GOOD Especially the ham & american "cheese". The American is the cheap fake like kraft singles type cheese. The food is also Quite Pricey, but who isn't. You can now order online now & its easy. The pizza and dinners are really good stick to that the grinders are REALLY bad. I'd eat subway over these grinders hands down.

I like going to eat in when I am passing through near xI-91&391. For an app - their fresh from the kitchen calamari is fabulous. Try the seafood linguini!

Atmosphere only a 4, only because it is so casual, but I like catching a good meal right there, so still great.

We have also gotten take out pizzas and salad tray for a party - worked out well Enjoy!

Pizza is amazing and I'll be ordering from here again. Veal grinder was tasty. I really like the bread. Quick delivery. Friendly staff.

Delivery driver was prompt,friendly and efficient. Food always comes on time or earlier but i am close by lol the pizza is always yummy. Only place i always eat the crust ends too! Meatlovers is our fave. Calzone bread is scrumptious MUST be made in house tastes like soft homemade bread with slightly crunchy outside soooo good. Marinara is the bomb! Meatballs are HEAVEN! We get cheeseburger grinder often. like how it has that grilled flavor.Im sure it's fake lol but we like it. Im told they weigh the calamari an each portion is the same but its a bummer to pay $16 for something that visually only looks like $9- $12 cuz it looks puny compared to other visits. They were so nice talking about it to me an i get it but looking back over pics you can totally tell . so while its delish i rarely order it now cuz im irritated an who wants to be irritated while enjoying yummy food! LOL lots of other choices! Soups are delicious also. I always feel our meals are packed with care too. Never sloppy or messy. Our fave take out

I have never eaten here, but decided to order delivery because it's so important to support local during this pandemic. I got the cauliflower crust cheese pizza. The crust was seasoned and delicious. I also got the Buffalo wings and they were perfectly crispy with the right amount of heat. I was so impressed with the care taken to package everything. Plus, the food arrived way ahead of the scheduled time. Hidden gem that I will definitely be ordering from again!

The pizza was absolutely delicious and me and my group of friends loved the service!!

So good we eat here every week and waiter so very pleasant and the food is great because it if flavorful.

John’s is the absolute best Italian restaurant in Chicopee! John and Phil and their staff are incredible. If you are looking for lunch or dinner in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, you cannot do better than John’s. Great for takeout, too!

I just received my custom "pepperoni, bacon, mushroom, X- cheese pizza. Wow! It's delicious! The only thing that would be better for me is thin crust. I've ordered take out from here at least 5 times... l have never been disappointed. Good work outta them!!

They have the best chicken parm dinners and the way they make it is great and prices are really good

Great pizza here. Ordered from John's for years and it's never disappointed. If you don't wanna make the drive out to downtown Springfield for Red Rose, this pizza joint is just as serviceable

Last week was our first time ordering from Johns. The toppings weren't quite what we ordered, so I called to let them know, thinking we got someone elses pizza by mistake. Turns out it was just an error as they were exceptionally busy. The manager was very nice and told me next weeks pizza was on the house. So, rare today for such great customer service. The pizza was delicious, and the crust was the best! The grandchildren and I will now be placing our Friday night pizza and more from Johns. Tonight we added pasta fajole soup and Buffalo wings. Next week taking hubby to Johns for date night to try their chicken francaise!
