Cheaper gas than the cumbys down the street

Stopped to get gas and play my lottery today. Got the gas just fine, however getting to play the Mass Cash lottery was a big problem. The guy behind the counter had no freaking clue how to do it!!! Seriously!! You have someone working by themselves and not knowing how to do the lottery machine. I won't be back in this station again anytime soon! Come on how hard is it to teach your employees to run a lottery machine.!!!!

The default gas seems to be plus. It would not let me cancel. So, I stopped fueling and restarted a new session. The price advertised is a cash price and the credit card price is higher.

We just purchased the 87 octane gasoline and were charged at the 93 octane price! When we went inside to get a refund, the cashier said there was nothing she could do, and there was no Assistant Manager to help. We are longtime customers, but after this, we will NEVER visit an FL Roberts service station again.

Buyer beware! Check your receipt to make sure you're being charged correctly!! I'm sure most people never bother to get a receipt let alone see what they're charged because normally they get a certain dollar amount or gallon fill up. Something fishy going on at the pump!! Won't be going here ever again.

Was told to email area manager but when I tried to (based on the address)
I got an error message that failed. So much for customer service...again buyer beware..no longer a customer 🙄 😒

I went in on a holiday weekday afternoon for some gas and milk and was disgusted by what the two chubby clerks were discussing behind the register. Normally I don’t complain but I had my 12 year old daughter and niece with me and everything thing that was being said was like an XRated conversation. My kids and other customers should not be subjected to hearing conversations that should normally be left behind closed doors and certainly not in a place of business. It was a very awkward experience and should be addressed by management.

Gina was the worst, most incompetent, blatantly rude and upmost disrespectful cashier I have ever had to deal with. I will no longer return to any F. L. Roberts locations due to this experience. I now question their hiring judgement based on their employees.

Credit card system gets hacked happened twice to me! Don’t use them!
