I have a 2016 Hyundai Tucson. Repairs completed @ Don Roy's (front end damage, bumper, grill etc.) I found staff to be professional, caring and very helpful. Communication was very good; I received both phone calls and email updates. They dealt with the insurance & rental companies as well. I was extremely satisfied when repairs were completed; the vehicle looks 'showroom' new. While I didn't like the circumstances requiring the auto work (an accident) knowing the job was completed properly by professionals was reassuring. I highly recommend Don Roy's.

Don Roy’s was recommended to me by a family member after I crinkled the left fender of my Subaru. From the moment I walked in the front door of their business. I was extremely pleased, friendly service, everybody smiling.
They said they’d have it done in a week and they did it in three days actually amazing not only did they do a beautiful job on the body but they completely washed and detailed it inside and out which really surprised me I recommend them highly to anyone who needs anybody of any kind great people

The staff at don Roy’s was friendly and knowledgeable of my vehicle and concerns from start to finish. With how busy they are the techs were able to replace my front bumper, head light, fender, hood and color match paint everything in 2 weeks. I’m very happy with how my car turned out.

After hitting a large snow bank I contacted my insurance who recommended Don Roy's auto body. I had never been to that company but it was conveniently close to home. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and professionalism. They reviewed my vehicle with me and found items I didn't even see were damaged. I was impresses by their attention to detail. I immediately booked an appointment. Their appointments were out about a month out I was hoping for sooner but with the world as it I understood. On day of service They arranged rental which arrived right as I did. They reviewed with me services and sent me on my way. I received emails almost daily with computer generated updates. As my completion date neared I also received personal phone calls with updates of progress. When I picked up my car I was sooo impressed on how great they did blending the paint and they even DETAILED my car. I had pinstripping that was wearing off they matched it perfectly. They installed my raingaurds at no additional cost I couldn't believe how amazing the car looked. I met my auto body specialist Ron such a great guy he pointed out my brakes had rust on them and may want to get them checked. Which i did and found they were completely rusted through and needed replacement. Ron said if I had any concerns just to call. I believe this family run business is top scale and felt I received the intimate experience I didn't even know I needed.

Don Roy's is by far "thee greatest" place to bring your vehicle to. I felt from the inside --> out, I picked up a brand new car. The end result was absolutely stunning: Ron (I believe is his name) was very knowledgeable, thorough, and simple; which I appreciate because I know nothing about the automotive life 🫣 I was truly amazed by this business's craft! You'll regret not coming here and when you do, you're going to ask: "Why did I go anywhere else?"

Flood waters ripped off my engine shield recently, and Don Roy Auto Body ordered and installed a new one within 24 hours at a reasonable price. Thank you!

Karen got my car in immediately for damage to the underneath engine liner from the huge snowstorm, it was literally dragging on the ground. Extremely friendly just as Don and Irene are! Great conversation as I waited for the super fast service to fix the car. Will only take my car there from now on! Thank you so much Karen and Merry Christmas!

Awesome place for paint and auto body repair. They did a superb job in fixing my Truck. Made it look like showroom condition. The body work was exceptional as well as the paint.
Staff and personnel were friendly and easy to work with.

The people here are excellent, they set up everything for my insurance repair including coordinating my insurance rental to have it ready for me when I dropped off my car.

Unfortunately the damage was worse than appraised and exceeded the limit so it was declared totaled and they didn't end up having to repair it but, the service was excellent and everyone was extremely helpful and kind throughout. I absolutely plan to use them for any car work I need done in the future!

I highly recommend Don Roy's Auto Body Shop. I brought my car in due to being dented in an accident. Not only did they fix the issue, but they even colored matched some scratches on the door near the dent that weren't caused by the accident. They also took the time to completely clean the inside of my car for me. They took out all the floor mats, cleaned them, and vacuumed the whole thing. They were also very pleasant to interact with.

Got into an accident and had them fix my car. They are amazing there. Everyone is so nice and kept me updated on when it would be ready. Was actually ready a few days early!! Extremely happy and would definitely recommend them!

(This review was from two years ago) Can't say enough good things about Don Roy's. They repaired my 2017 Ram 1500 truck quickly and it looked better than when I brought it in. The staff is super to work with. Would highly recommend them to everyone who needs vehicle body work done right.

Amazing place..service ..this includes customer service... excellent.. I was told it would take half a day to put my new grill on...did it in 2 hours ..I think someone skipped their lunch to do this.. I drive from CT to Don Roy's...this is totally worth the time I spend driving an hour up and back .

My son got into an accident. At the tower's advice I took his car to Don Roy's. The production manager, Ron Pease, gave me an honest estimate, advised me that the car is not worth saving, and was even kind enough not to charge for storage (it stayed there over Thanksgiving).

While they couldn't save my son's car, I feel that this place is honest and fair, which is a lot.

Don Roy's is an excellent body shop, we have had a few vehicles repaired there for accidents and most recently they fixed my SUV and it looks brand new! They never disappoint.

I recently had two vehicles repaired at Don Roy Auto Body. Karen Roy was very helpful and was able to schedule an appointment quickly for me. For one job I has some rust issues with my old car and they gave me a really competitive quote. The job ended up more extensive but they were able to get the job done at a very fair price. The paint work was really spot on and the car's finish looks brand new. On the second job I had a water leak that was fixed very quickly and affordably. I would rank these folks as top ntch place to get body & paint works done.!

Got my 2014 Hyundai elantra fixed at Don Roy's. They did an amazing job. Can't even tell there was ever damage.
