I had a very pleasant experience my first time in this store. Decided to switch networks and the staff here went above and beyond to give me the best deal they could. Store was very clean and well thought out.

Really appreciate the employees who work here..from purchasing a new phone and helping me transfer every bit of data from my old phone with no issues..so very polite and professional.. thank you to all who waited on me!!

My 5 stars is for the service of a young lady named Ebony. While thier she was extremely helpful in calculating numbers for us. Unfortunately we decided to switch providers due to the price difference, but even the bump in the road we experienced with that, we went back to t-mobile to address the issue and she in my opinion went above and beyond for us.

Nathan is great and professional. I appreciate all the helping.

I have to say that the manager of this store is phenominal. He is one the most dedicated people I have met. No matter your issue he will see to it that you leave satisfied.

I was in the store today, Friday, 7/13/18. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a sales person, that said they would be right with me. Her name was Tanisha. She was truly professional and very knowledgeable and very pleasant and friendly . She answered all my questions and she converted all the info on my old phone to my new one very efficiently. Tanisha is an asset to your business.

Rowan i believe was her name, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Repaired our phones and made our day!. Polite, professional, and unstressful.

Had to have my phone looked at as I was receiving various adds plus this was continuing to point of annoyanceand a fine young technician knew immediately how to clear it for me.Because of his knowledge he relieved my anxiety. Just came in to get 3new lines and Lebron was so helpful and efficient. I had so many questions and requests and he was very patient ! He is great asset to T-Mobile !!

Eric was very helpful fixing my phone which had viruses on it. He didn't charge anything and didn't have to factory reset my phone. Super helpful and patient!
