MB's Taste of the Sea

Greeted by friendly staff. Food was served quickly, hot & fresh. Atmosphere exudes local community hot spot. Seafood was excellent and the onion rings to die for! Lightly breaded and fresh! Had fun coloring the paper tablecloths only after waitstaff encouragement. Became a great conversation piece...and...fried apple egg rolls, vanilla ice cream & caramel topped off a wonderful meal. This will be a top stop for us again!

We LOVE this hidden gem- MB’s! Food is fantastic, specials are amazing, The staff is always attentive, it brings alive downtown three rivers with much needed local business. Thanks to Liz & the staff for always creating & serving us an outstanding dinner!

Arrived late Sunday afternoon and was seated immediately for the 4 of us . We enjoyed fried pickles and potato skins for appetizers, which were very generous in sizes and delicious. For our main dishes , I ordered the fried haddock with baked potato and beets, and the haddock is the tastiest I have had in a long time. It was not greasy, and the crust was crispy and so fresh. 2 others I dined with had swordfish, which both enjoyed . The other person had a daily dinner deal of steak and was cooked as ordered and loved it. We have all eaten there before and will continue.

Great food and super nice staff. Everything was fresh and delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

Food is a little pricey for the atmosphere...but it sure tasted good..so was worth it. Place could use some sprucing up. When we walked in almost left right away based on how the place looked (old, like a dive bar). But we decided to give it a try and were pleasantly surprised! Food was fresh and tasted great! Service was friendly, fast and efficient!. We actually have gone back again!

We got take out and had the steamers fish and chips and onion rings best onion rings I have had in a long time!!

Went there last night, my wife had the double fish (haddock and scallops) I had a 12 oz sirloin (grass fed New Zealand beef). Both were awesome. My steak was cooked to perfection. We started off with some large potato skins and shrimp cocktail. We strongly suggest the hand cut onion rings ( more onion than batter). Service was awesome. If the waitress got busy other members of the staff stopped by to see if we needed anything.

Went for dinner 9-1-23. We got there around 8:10 and was still made to feel very welcome even though they were closing at 9. We both had steak and baked shrimp. The meal was wonderful! So good! When we were done eating it was 9:20 amd they still asked if we wanted dessert! I was impressed with the whole experience. We will 100% be back!

The chef Sam is AMAZING!! The specials are soooo good! Everything was so perfectly cooked! Great authentic atmosphere.

Absolutely delicious!! My favorite new local Seafood 🦞 🍤 Restaurant has take out !? Omg 😱 the blackened shrimp 🍤 are to die for ! Yum !! 😋 and omg the clam chowder is thick , tasty and delicious 😋

It's a small town restaurant with very tasty food and the people who work there are very nice. If you're looking for a cheap seafood restaurant they don't exist 😁

Chef 👨‍🍳 Mike knows how to make great tasting seafood dishes that are made with the best quality ingredients come on in and give it a try very good tasting scrod and scallops, and it's made with love the best ingredient

We went here on the day we opened and we were not disappointed. Many different menu items to chose from as well as a solid draft beer selection. The seafood was so fresh and cooked to perfection. Even the fried food was light and delicious without being greasy. Our server was very friendly and attentive as well. They are new to the area so make sure you check out MB's in Three Rivers. You will not regret it.

I read about this place in the Palmer Journal, a nice piece about a family restaurant.
We went at 4pm at that point there wasn't a crowd but, every other table was filled . Our waitperson was super nice and efficient . Our food came quickly fresh and hot!
Pro tip; get the handcut onion rings. Wicked good

MBs is quite a nice surprise in the middle of Three Rivers. Super easy to find. The seafood is super fresh and great flavors, prepared to perfection. Had the whole belly clams and baked stuffed shrimp and it was great. Reasonably priced with excellent service. Nice atmosphere and very clean. Really enjoyed it. Highly recommend it if you like seafood and a good draft and bottled beer selection. This will be a regular stop for sure!

Great food, wonderful service & very reasonably priced!! I would recommend MBs to anyone, even if you don't like seafood there's plenty of other yummy items on the menu. I myself had the haddock & it was THE BEST!!!
