My overall experience has always been nothing short of excellent! The entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I dealt with Chris a lot in 2022 because we had several insurance changes and he made it so easy for me. He explained so much about my two policies as I was new to being a homeowner. I literally just had to go to the office for a few signatures. I’ve also been able to communicate with them mostly via email, which is super convenient really for both of us. But feel free to call too, they are there for you. I love this agent, and I highly recommend them to everybody.

I've been a customer for years and definitely have no plans on making a change. Denise is one of the sweetest and most helpful women in the office, but everyone I've worked with have always been very kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They've always been patient and listened carefully to my questions. I'm not exactly an expert with every insurance-related detail, but they have consistently answered my questions promptly, and in a way I could really understand.

Additionally, I distinctly remember my wife and I really shopping around, and their quotes are the most competitive. The owner has gone to the registry of motor vehicles on my behalf on a number of occasions so that I wouldn't need to wait in that crazy line/waiting room at the dmv. One time they overnight-ed some paperwork I really needed while I was coordinating a move back to Western MA. They've just always been really helpful and very professional. This is a total no-brainer if you're living in MA and in the market to purchase/bundle insurance.
