Absolute favorite autoparts store in the area. Professionally staffed and always getting what I need when I need it

Ordered brake pads online and some other small things. I put the order in about an hour before they opened and picked up the stuff about an hour after they opened. Everything went smooth the website was accurate with availability of my stuff. Good service from great people

I went there to get a battery replaced for a vehicle I was working on and ROGER at the desk was awesome to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and got me the replacement I needed under their great warrantee.

I had been in there a few times before but this was worth writing a review since it was such an easy and painless experience. The other parts stores down the street don't know their a$$ from their elbow...this was not the case at all at this Napa store.

Thanks again Roger, I will be back in for business because of your great customer service.

I was referred here by my mechanic for some parts. Staff is always helpful. Except the one kid who avoids eye contact so he doesn't have to help. But that's just 1 out of 5.

Got to know the efficiency of this place when I was wrenching at Midas in 1997! Been a fan ever since! Roger knows what a book is and can read!😂 👊Christine has been there a while too! Always ready to help! Always use the chain Napa and things will be good! Slogan should read “ intelligent life forms found here!”

Best place of all time. A little pricey but it's worth it because the employees are really good and they take the time to make sure you have the right part/stuff that u need to get the job done.

Dan put in some extra effort to find the electrical part I needed for my trailer -- even though I was just on the phone. Set it aside for me to pickup. Lady at the register laughed at my jokes. Thanks!

"Discount" auto stores are just that... bad quality and service. These guys and gals know what you need and won't sell you what you don't. Plus a AAA discount Love NAPA!
