Nice store. I was looking for dressy shoes with shorter heels. Needed gold, silver & red. The selection seem a bit better than other stores except one pair of dressy red shoes with heels too high for me at age 72. I wish the prices were more in my budget but even with 40% off sale the shoes were still to much for me at this time. The staff was very helpful.
One think I noticed was that customers try on many pair of shoes & leave them on the floor where they sat. This is rude to the other customers & rude to the staff. Pick up after yourselves. The staff are not your slaves. This is so rude , impolite & inconsiderate. If I see anyone doing this I will speak to you.

I was shopping in the store for a suit. I was not able to find my size. I was exiting the store when an employee MJ asked if she could help me.I told her what I was looking for and within seconds MJ had a suit to fit me. Because of MJ I purchased a suit, a belt, socks and a shirt. I believe in the magic of Macy's and their outstanding employees. MJ Thank you!

I'm happy this place is still kicking. FYI, they have a decently sized toy store built in nowadays. Super fun... love their selection and size diversity.

Outstanding service we received from Gwen and Ruby from Fine Jewelry. Their kindness and pleasantry gave us the welcome greetings. They both went above and beyond to satisfy us and with our purchases. My HATS OFF to both of them. We will continue to shop at Macy's. Thanks for everything you two did.

Delightful experience. Needed to return item and the man allowed me to call my mom for the acct number. It was so difficult for her to find it. She is 89! 😊 But he patiently waited. And we finally were successful. I will shop there again for sure. Thank u macys

Went in and needed immediate assistance. They were slightly short staffed this day, so I was kept waiting while an associate became free. Due to the busy nature of the store, an associate asked a manager, who had literally just arrived to work for the closing shift, if they could help me. Ursula (please forgive me if I spelled that wrong) didn’t hesitate to help an d before she got to put her things down, got right to work. Talk about service. She was able to help me fast, was pleasant to speak to and overall just a great experience. I hope Ursula is making top dollar because she deserves it. In a world where the shopping experience has taken a hit since the pandemic, it was refreshing to be helped by someone who wasn’t just extremely willing but also super happy to lend a hand. Awesome person! I hope she sees this.

Good sales. Quality items and out the door. Quick as lightning. Awesome store. Something for all. I get coupons daily or every other day. So worth it! You'll pay more at Walmart for stuff that falls apart.

I had a wonderful experience at the cosmetic counter. I was in need of solutions for a specific problem as well as wanting to get an overall update to my current look. Kiana was amazing. She gave me recommendations based on my concerns and what products would perform best with my skin type. She also offered me guidance on how to apply the makeup to achieve the best results. I never felt pressured, which is often the case with other beauty stores, and she entered my information in the database so I won't have to worry about remembering what items and colors I purchased.

Nice to see a retailer still holding on and managing the departments well. All was neat and tidy

My family and I had an amazing experience here. (In Finish Line) part of Macy's. The girl that helped us was completely amazing! We got exactly, actually more than what we were looking for and for great prices. She was very kind and very helpful. I recommend this store to everyone.

Everything was well taken care of. It did not look as though everything had been picked through, unlike other stores. The employees were very pleasant.

The people that work in the men's dress apparel section provide excellent customer service, the store has a great selection, and it's clean and organized. I received better customer service here than at men's warehouse. Thanks for being awesome!
