S G Racette Plumbing & Heating

I have been using S G Racette Plumbing for years for both little (fixing a toilet)to big jobs (installing a new heating and hot water system) They are extremely responsive but best of all they always show up when they say they will. Rare quality these days.

I have recommended them to friends and never heard a negative comment.

I will continue to recommend them.

I was in contact with Mr Racette , a week ago, he called to make arrangements to repair a leak on the left side of the sink ( we have a double sink) . It was leaking below because a “friend “ decided to help us unplug the left side of this double sink! Anyway we couldn’t use that side at all. He came to assess the problem on Friday, and his son came to repair the issues today! Wednesday! Fast & effecient! The problem started when my partner put Cherrios into the sink , water following it , and the electric garbage disposal , well ! Completely plugged! Had to get a sewer and drain company, then , because our friend tried to remove the Cherrios, the left hand sink part wasn’t put in right by him, water leaked all over the base cupboard! Ugh thank goodness for S G Racette!! Thank you so much! You ought to have 10 stars ⭐

We were in a messy closing selling our house and had to do some huge last minute fixes quickly. I had gotten a couple of estimates for an oil tank replacement. After doing some research, I thought the estimates were very high so I needed to look for someone else. I ended up contacting S.G. Racette Plumbing & Heating as they had some great reviews. Not only did the owner Stephen contact me immediately, but gave me a very fair price on the replacement and removal of the oil tank and said they could get the job done within our limited timeframe. Communication and response was excellent as I had many questions which I was very appreciative of. His son Andrew came in and got everything done to our complete satisfaction. I have worked with many contractors and working with S.G. Racette Plumbing & Heating was a hugely smart decision. I would not hesitate in the future to call Stephen and his company!

Racette Plumbing and Heating was recommended to us by our contractor in 2018. Since then we've used nobody else. We've had a number of projects done (large kitchen remodel, 4 ton heat pump installation, well filter installation, and other smaller projects) and we've always been very pleased. All work has been high-quality, delivered with an attention to detail, performed in a timely manner, and within budget. Service has always been exceptional.

This has been my "go to" plumbing company for years. If it's not an emergency they work me into their schedule though it may not be immediate. When it has been an emergency they have been responsive and really helpful. Very professional in every way!

We built our home in 2016 and Steve’s company has responsible for all plumbing and heating. We also work together with our rental properties.

I would highly recommend this company! I was a bit skeptical at first because the gentleman who showed up at our house was very young. My doubts were quickly set aside, as he was punctual, thorough, efficient and quick. He identified exactly what the problem was and had pipes replaced within an hour.
