Hi, I was having some difficulty getting a claim on my homeowners policy, taken care of. The Dowd Agency and Shelby were wonderful and great help. I was having trouble contacting the company that held my policy and the company that was supposedly going to be doing the work. After waiting weeks and months of no contact, I finally figured I'd try my agent at Dowd and just let them know what's been going on and that the work still had not been done. Shortly after my talk with Shelby, I was contacted by the repair company and things are finally moving forward with some of the work scheduled to be done next week. Thank you Shelby for all your help, you are greatly appreciated!🤗

She was so attentive, answered all of my questions, very communicative, and was very patient with me as I navigated through the solutions I needed. We have had really good service while switching carriers. Jackie, Mel and Eric were absolute rock stars, everyone we spoke to was really nice. I have to give an extra big shout-out to Jackie. If not for her today I would have had a very big headache on my hands. I called about one thing and she identified an issue I wasn't aware of regarding a payment. Her assistance and advice helped me to resolve the matter quickly. She called me back within minutes and sent the docs needed straight away. We have had many positive experiences over the past two months (including excellent recommendations from the staff that has saved us a fair amount of money while actually increasing coverages for things that matter to us). We were already very pleased with the pricing, recommendations and service that Eric and Mel provided, but Jackie's help today has pushed me into "gotta leave that review" territory. Kudos all around to this team!!

Excellent customer service by Eric Martinez! My vehicle was involved in a hit and run overnight. Eric walked me through the process and advised me that I could file my claim through the company's mobile app, which I downloaded. I was able to communicate with the claim adjuster and monitor the entire process in real time. Any inquiries I've had, Eric has availed himself in a professional manner. He is helpful and responsive. I recommend!

I called the Dowd Insurance Agency Monday morning about transferring plates on a vehicle of ours. We had an appointment early Tuesday. I was xtremely happy to hear our transfer was completed on Tuesday afternoon!! Every one there was very helpful, especially our agent Lisa Fox. We've had her forever and she is still as wonderful as when we first met. Thank you all very much.

Since moving to Mass from Louisiana I was referred to Dowd by my family. Jackie is my agent and is so extremely helpful and understanding. She contacts me if there are any issues with my policies and is so patient with me and all of my questions. My experience has been extremely positive all around thanks to Adam Laroche. He is super knowledgeable, organized, proactive, and friendly. I knew from day one nothing would slip through the cracks. Adam keeps track of everything, sends me gentle reminders, and does everything he can to get you the best premiums possible. I wouldn’t use anyone else for homeowners or auto!

They are always available to help you with any questions. Emails and phone calls are returned promptly. They offer registry services in house. They strive to make your experience with the insurance a good one. Wonderful customer service.

I have been with one company for 20 years and they have never made an attempt to find a lower rate for me. Adam advised me he could find a lower rate and he did! Adam is saving me a good amount of money with better coverage. Adam also found me a great coverage plan for renter's insurance for my new home. I am so grateful and thankful for Adam's time and efforts.

Not only are they very knowledgeable, competent, and efficient, they are also friendly and caring, especially during a stressful time such as an auto accident or home damage. New update, May 2021: Just wanted to post a quick review about Kim’s fantastic customer service. She researched various policy options to save me a significant amount of premium dollars, explained everything very clearly, and made the enrollment process easy and painless. She is also a very nice person and you can tell she really cares about her clients and giving them a wonderful customer service experience. I would highly recommend Dowd and Kim in particular.

Adam was the best to work with! He made obtaining homeowners insurance extremely smooth. Even afterwards when I needed to add a piece of jewelry to the policy, he was responsive and got it done within a day. Highly recommend!

My experience with the Dowd Agency has exceeded my expectations! I believe that Carol Bliss and Jacqueline Routhier have both been exceptionally helpful, professional and responsive. Carol continuously looks out for the best price on my homeowner's insurance, while Jacqueline followed up on an issue I had on my car insurance a year ago!
