I can't say enough in praise of Hassan, and his assistant 'Katie'..I recently did a Google search for 'Great auto insurance quotes' and filled out a 'form on-line. The literal second I typed in the last digit of my phone nymber- my phone literally rang non stop and I was also bombarded by 'texts'.. some of which were plain outright scams. As I was in the process of buying a vehicle, though not normally one to answer strange numbers- I had to answer some of the calls in case it was the Dealership. The Finance Manager at the Dealership ( when I told her I was trying to get a decent insurance quote ) mentioned that she knew someone who could help. So among the constant calls coming in I LUCKILY answered one ( in particular )and spoke with 'Katie' who Hassan had asked to call me. Katie was a 'breath of fresh air' in that she was calm. polite, listened and was VERY knowledgeable and had answers to every question and made suggestions that ended up aiding me greatly! In the hour prior to this, I'd spoken with perhaps 10 other Insurance professionals.. most of who sounded like they were reading from a 'script' and many were rude, talked over me and ignored simple questions! At first apprehensive ( from dealing with the other insurance people ) I was 'on guard' with Katie but in about 5 minutes, she had me feeling like I 'd known her for years and was so patient, I apologised for my being so guarded the first few minutes of our conversation. And she apologised for the other insurance persons who were ( as I put it ) so 'unprofessional'.. She helped me get a policy that was exactly what I needed and came up with several suggestions that even shaved a little more off the costs and before I knew it? I had a GREAT policy and the Dealership could now get the registration done so I could pick up my new vehicle! Hassan obviously works with staff to have them be helpful, knowlegeable and PROFFESIONAL to the point that I've already told some of my relatives about this great Insurance Agency! If I could give TEN stars I wouldn't.... I'd give TWENTY!
