Friendly staff. Great costumer service. Very pleasant and so helpful. Lots of selections at great prices. In and out right away considering the holiday rush.

Best Buy helped me out a lot this week. I had to get a million different types of cables for all sorts of things and the sale attendant helped me 100% get everything I needed. AND they had every one I needed too!

I brought in a broken iPad. They were not able to fix it but the service is great. We didn't have to wait very long to have somebody help us. I'll definitely go back

Came here today after having a terrible experience at target and we purchased an Apple Watch. The associates Jimmy and BT were great. They were able to Price match the Apple Watch and made the purchase as smooth as possible

I had an issue with a tv that was shipped to my home. No large scale damage to the box and no sound of broken pieces when it was moved. It was stored in a closet until I finished remodeling the bedroom it was to go in. 40 days later, unpacked the box, attached the legs and started to peel off the protective glass only to find it was shattered. I went to the store the next day expecting to be told "tough luck" when I explained what happened but the woman at the service desk said OK, no problem and I went home with a replacement costing me only $50.

Angel helped me out and the people at the front cash registers were very helpful. 5 stars overall. I would especially cite Angel as being as helpful and doing his job as needed. I asked about an item he found it and retrieved it for me and then brought it up front as it was quite large and I was going to do some more shopping.

They are so nice and helpful. I can ask for assistance and if they can't help me. They call someone who can. Whenever I call company I get top grade A service. Best buy is our Best friend. We love you and hope you always stay prosperous. Long live Best buy.🥰😊!!

This last visit was just to walk through and look at a few things. However in the past I bought 3 TVs totaling just over $500.00. A 32", 40", and a 43". All TCL brand and have been very happy with all 3.

Always great costumes services repair solution, washer machine refrigerator products. Vacuum cleaner, tv, stereo, and many solution in devices.

The sales and Management staff are great at this store. Especially since my wallet was stolen at the Holyoke Best Buy and the Management team searched the store for two hours and checked their cameras and found out who stole my wallet. Now I just wish Holyoke PD was just as interested in doing their job of catching this guy and getting my wallet back instead of being more interested in giving speeding tickets. But needless to say Best Buy has earned my continued business.

I went into Geek squad yesterday for an ongoing issue with my computer. Both Jake and the store manager Dave helped me and went above and beyond to avoid having to send my laptop out for 2 weeks. Jake could have just said "not my problem" and threw his hands up to send it out, but he took it out back and detected the issue very quickly. Thank you to those who trained these guys, they did a stellar job.

Best buy knows their tech! The team was patient and kind as I went back and forth from two types of gaming computers specs.

So I went to best buy to buy a mini fridge for my room. The guy that helped me was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He even brought out the fridge out to my car and he even loaded it into my car for me. Now that's exceptional customer service! 5 stars isn't enough for this employee.

These guys are awesome, especially when I walk in with my birds, they all want pictures and then follow me the store. While someone helps me with what I need, more employees come over to see and get a photo shoot.
They never let me down on the prices of open box products or helping fing what I need.

Very helpful service finding everything, always find good sales. Bought a printer and ink.
