Excellent repairs from Kingman Chevy. I was rear ended by a guy where I sustained rear end damage along with front end damage from being pushed into the person in front of me. I had my Jeep towed to Kingman Chevrolet where they worked with my insurance to complete all the repairs! I am very satisfied with the work and my vehicle looked brand new afterwards!

My husband saw a truck at the Kingman dealership that he thought I might like and sent me a picture of it. I flew out to AZ the next week to test drive it and LOVED it. Our situation is a bit different from other customers (ie, relocating from FL to AZ, my trade-in was still in FL, my time in AZ was limited to that week) but Kingman Chevrolet made it happen. Duane Terrill and his team made the entire sales process as seamless as possible. Not only did they accommodate my very unique situation, they also did NOT play the typical game/song-dance of buying and trading in a car like every other dealership I've dealt with, which is incredibly refreshing. It was just straightforward, old fashioned customer service, which I absolutely love and is so rare to find these days. The Kingman Chevrolet dealership in AZ is hands down THE BEST car dealership I've ever worked with. I am a VERY happy customer and would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat.

My son had helped me work with Kingman Chevrolet. I was in the hospital during the start of the conversation, but was able to come out and finish everything. My experience was absolutely wonderful.

Ron: My dealer, Ron, was not only pleasant but exuded a contagious “can-do” attitude. Even though I came in close to closing time, he never made me feel like I was a nuisance. His flexibility in allowing me to switch between car trims to find the right fit was commendable. Being young and motivated, his down-to-earth demeanor paired with his prompt responsiveness was a refreshing change from my past experiences.

Duane: Calling Duane a “finance wizard” would be an understatement. With my average credit, I had tempered expectations, but Duane’s ability to secure me a great rate, even better than what Navy Federal was offering, left me both shocked and delighted. Not to mention, his engaging and fun personality added a delightful touch to the financing process.

Joe: As the finance director, Joe managed to make the paperwork and closing aspect of the car buying process—typically the most tedious—seem almost enjoyable. He was efficient, straightforward, and wrapped up the process with warmth and joviality. His approach perfectly sealed my overall experience.

In conclusion, I’d rate my experience a 5 out of 5. The standout moment for me was the collective effort of the team, especially given the late hour of my visit. Not once did they make me feel like a burden. I’d highly recommend this dealership and especially commend the efforts of Ron, Duane, and Joe for their unparalleled service.

Found a car online at Kingman Chevrolet but I lived out of state. Joe really went out of his way to make sure the car was in great shape and paperwork was ready. Henry was extremely consistent with notifying me of new inventory. When I made it in to test drive the Trax, I had no plans of buying that day, but the dealership worked with me to get a deal I was comfortable with and couldn’t pass up. Car buying is not everyone’s favorite way of spending time, but the staff at Kingman Chevrolet did their best to make it as smooth as possible and I am thankful. They were very professional and did a great job! My car is driving like a new car again! They advised me of all the things my car needed in advance and we made a plan for all repairs. They really did a great job and the end cost was exactly what they quoted me! No hidden charges or extra fees. They were very reasonable. I've always taken my Chevy to them for any and all work and repairs, including oil changes since I bought the car from them. They've always been very professional and done great work! Often times I don't even have to leave my car there, they do the work on the spot when I have an appointment and I'm able to drive home in about an hour! That's what I call service!

Was greeted upon entering the building and treated with respect and acknowledged right away. Everyone I came in contact with were very nice and my time was not wasted. Every one friendly. I had a new battery installed and oil changed in 2013 cts Cadillac coupe. I had an appointment . Very pleased with out come of work. Only waited 1 hour to complete. Recommend this dealership.

The overall customer service in this location was exceptional! Every employee has a friendly attitude and greeted me the moment they saw me. Several asked me how I was, or how my day’s going? They even offered to drive me to get food while I waited for my car to be serviced. My car was fixed in a timely manner and it was warranty work with no issues! I definitely will not go anywhere else in the future!
