My husband passed away on December 13, 2022 unexpectedly at work. Of course we were devastated!! We're still waiting on the cause of death for him. Yes, this is very frustrating & I'm inpatient too. Joanne, has been very kind in answering my questions as much as she can & she's been helpful. I commend her for the job she's doing too. It's one that not many could do. I believe it takes a special person to have a career in her line of work! working on living life without my husband & condolence's to those that have loved ones that have passed on.

Joanne was a wonderful compassionate woman. I went there to ID my brother. Joanne was so sweet, sensitive and patient, it made the awful experience a little better.

My girls father passed away while back in 2022 and still no medical report saying the cause very frustrating also we were not aloud to see him and by the time he was picked up by the funeral home it was so long she felt bad because no last good byes the Funeral hone was wonderful but still waiting to hear back from medical examiner.Hopefully soon to be able to rest their minds as to why..

The ME declined to see my mother’s case despite no outward cause of her death and it was unattended. Extremely discomforting to my family to not know what has happened. I hope no other family has to live with these thoughts

My dying 91 year old mother-in-law fell at assisted living but they insisted she have an X ray to prove she broke her hip. She was in excruciating pain and died within hours l. They then ignored a hospice doctor and two hospice nurses and insisted that her body be X rayed. They took her and for that she had fractured her hip. My wife will not and cannot identify her body so there she remains

They had my uncle's body and never informed my family they had them. After me calling around I found out my uncle was there and he would be examined the following day the lady ask for my number, two days later I still hear nothing. I have to call them. Very unprofessional. With a job like that you should be on point.

Ignored written request for autopsy. Filled out the form but simply ignored it...

I hope you never get the disrespect that I have had with this place.
