Everyone very professional, but Jenny, SHE IS THE BEST.
She does my pedicure, manicure and eyebrows.
In every procedure, i fall asleep. Even when she is waxing my eyebrows. Her pedicure, best massages ever.
I visit her twice a month, she already knows what i want. Highly recommended

I LOVE this nail salon! ❤ They have 3 locations but the one in the Holyoke mall next to Macy’s is my favorite. I refuse to go anywhere else despite my hatred for the mall and have convinced all of my friends to go here as well. The nail techs here are so kind, creative, and do a fantastic job. Love love love this place 100/10 would recommend to anyone in the area!

I come here once a month for a pedi. Any issues I've had they're quick to correct. The manager is always helpful and always there when I come in. If you have a specific person you see I suggest booking an appt instead of walking in.

I have always seen this nail salon as more luxury salon because of the nail art and designs they post, and I was very happy with my white with black marble and black with white marble nails. Because of this specific design, I had to get gel nails to get the marble effect I wanted, but I usually go with regular polish. I sprung the question of the marble design right before they started painting, which was a thought that popped into my head in the moment, but they were able to quickly adjust and my artist was very sweet and able to get the job done quickly and very beautifully. They do ask you a few times if you’d like to go with gel, even after you say you’d like regular nail polish, but that’s pretty regular when getting your nails done. Overall a very nice experience and they have separators between the client and the nail artist, as well as a mask requirement, to prevent the spread of Covid-19

They did an absolutely perfect job on my black tips and butterfly designs. This is gel polish on my natural nails with butterfly stickers done by Meghan, both nail sets cost $45

They did a great job on my hair and nails. I got blue hair. And my daughter just got a haircut. Most other salons feign ignorance or an inability to do designs but Tony gets it done. I like his attitude. And his staff are all very hard-working and talented.

I love the style Jenny did on my toes and hands. You can tell she's been doing this a long time! I recommend her! Color mine, design hers.

I have had great success at this salon since November 2018. Formerly, I only requested Andy who no longer works there (he was phenomenal), and now I only go to Ly. She is one of the most detail oriented Nail Techs I've ever experienced. I'm am extremely particular about the quality of my gel nails and the final outcome, and Ly NEVER disappoints. Attached are pics from my recent gel fill, I love this color!

Honestly they did fantastic Danny who did my feet was so sweet and I didn’t get the guy who did my nails but he absolutely slay the nails definitely coming here more often

Very funny everyone looks super nice they worked as a team the lovely lady that was doing my nails. Ready while the gentlemen and help find the colors that I liked or wanted and even though it's in the mall it was a nice environment and I love my nails and so does everyone else thank you

I went today there was four adults and a child they sat all of us after only a 15 minute wait during busy hours so we appreciated that, all of our nail techs were nice talking to us laughing with us because there were so many of us we were very indecisive they were very patient even saw some old friends from high school will be there again in three weeks love this place!!

When it comes to mall salons, I admit, my standards tend to be a little lower. This salon is one of the better mall salons I've been to. It's large, welcoming, clean, and the employees are all friendly and helpful. I don't spend much time at the mall, but whenever I do come, I'll probably seek them out.

Excellent Styles and Price I came here with a broken nail. The girl not only fixed that one but re-shaped my other nails. I now have a new nail technician. I highly recommend this place!

I think I had a newbie do the cleaning part of my nails but she did a good job, listened when I said I had injured my thumb and needed her to be gentle with it. Her boss did the polish and they came out great. I had a wedding to go to and everything looked perfect. They also had me in and out quick as I had another appointment to get to afterwards.

I arrived just before 6pm on a Monday and they got me right in. I got a manicure, pedicure and eye brow waxing and was out in less than an hour. The place was clean and they were very friendly. The woman that did my mani/pedi was a little rough with the nail file on my toes but they did come out great! A different woman did my eyebrows and it was probably the best work I have ever received on them, they look amazing! They accept cards but make sure you bring cash for a tip (they do have an ATM right next to the register but there is a fee). Definitely going back!

I went here to get my eyebrows done. I didn’t have to wait at all. The salon was very clean and everyone was friendly. The lady that did my eyebrows was so sweet and did an amazing job. I felt very at ease the whole time. She only charged me 10 dollars! I had a wonderful experience and am surprised it has such negative reviews.

I went today to get a spiral perm. My appointment was for 12:00 noon. They took me at 11:15. She did a fantastic job. Looks good and I love it. A bit disorganized but that's the only main complaint. Last time I got a regular perm and it was somewhere else. I paid $50.00. Of course that was a good 10 years ago. It was $200.00. Expensive but worth it. I have known the owner Tony for about 15 years now. He is awesome.

I searched on Pinterest for nails, something cute, pink and fun. I got EXACTLY what I wanted after showing a photo.. A customer was there also and she got a dragon design! These artists are incredibly talented and can handle any design💅🏼 Will make this salon my new place to get a manicure. Btw I have 8 shades of pink nail polish at home and the one used on my manicure I don't own and their pink is my new favorite shade. They have the perfect Barbie pink polish, a color I didn't even own🌸💕🎀

Tina did my nail today. Like always she did outstanding job. She is very friendly has very pleasant personality!!!

I had a Full set of Acrylic Nails. I was a walk in and I didn't have to be seeing. They were professionals, kind, the nail tech was gentle and did a great job. Is been a week andy nails are going strong.
