Balise Collision Repair

I've had someone hit my truck while sitting in the Costco parking lot and take off. Roughly $4000 of damage with bent fender, broken headlight and so on. I filed an insurance claim and brought my vehicle to Balise Collision Repair. Emily was my single point of contact there and she did a great job communicating and handling my claim. Very nice and helpful. Knock on wood, something like that won't happen to me again but if it does, I will certainly have Balise handle it for me.

They were quick easy and simple to work with. Emily the CSR was amazing and went above and beyond to help me when my car was ready. She helped take out my old and unusable car seats and was ready to help me put in the new ones. Not to mention my kids were also with me.

I was unfortunately rear ended at a red light and had to have my car repaired. Balise was extremely professional and timely. From taking in my car to keeping me apprised every Tuesday with what was going on and what to expect next. The work was seamless- like it never happened in the first place.

I was in a car accident and brought my car to Balise. As soon as I walked in the door they were so friendly and helpful. When I picked up my car, my car looked amazing as if I was never in an accident. They did a wonderful job and I'll be going back if I ever need any more work done. Highly recommend!!

Amazing service. Took them 10 days to get my car fixed up, they helped with rental as well. Emily was kind and understanding that I was traveling for the holidays and made sure my car was ready to be picked up before I left! Would absolutely come here again.

I pride myself in taking care of my 2010 Honda Crosstour and when I recently had a minor accident I felt bad about the damage so I took it to Balise Collision and it looks great again. Working with Balise Collision was so easy! They got me in right away and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. The convenience of Enterprise picking you up and bringing you to get your rental car cannot be beat. You can also return your rental at Balise and they will bring it back to Enterprise. Everyone at Balise was so accommodating and explained everything for me to understand. I appreciated the dealership being next door to do some additional work on my vehicle. The work done is phenomenal and you could never tell there was any damage. My vehicle was cleaned and washed before I picked it up. I would highly recommend Balise Collision to anyone in need!

This review is specifically for the amazing woman Emily who answers the phone I literally called at 4:59 on a FRIDAY at that and apologized for calling one minute before close on a Friday and she immediately said do not be sorry! She was so so helpful and kind and after 2 weeks of trying to deal with insurance and everyone else after being in an accident (and it being an absolute nightmare to get help from anyone) talking to her was a breathe of fresh air she is so kind and amazing I literally cried after hanging up with her because of how considerate and helpful she was compared to what I had been through with other customer service employees i had dealt with the 2 weeks prior. I hope you guys realize how great she is and value her work! I have called her once since and it was just as amazing as the first time. THANK YOU EMILY! I HOPE YOU KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR KINDNESS MEANS!

Friendly staff, greets you as soon as you come in the door. Excellent service with my Honda civic, that I brought in to get fixed. I recommend them, they did an excellent job on my civic.

Front desk staff was very polite and professional! Car came out beautiful and was freshly washed and cleaned which was an added bonus. They made the process so simple.

The work they did on my car was excellent. They did a very professional job. The amount of time they took to repair the damage to my car was minimal. The repairs were done before I expected. That's not to say it was a rush job, it's just that they have been doing it so long and so well that they just get to it and get the job done. Very pleased with the results. No hiccups or delays.
