Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

I did some research across body shops and saw that MAACO has some mixed reviews depending on location, but I want to add to the many reviews saying that this location is legit. Came in to get my very sun-damaged car repainted as well as some accident repairs. I was quoted an affordable price, considering the amount of work that needed to be done. Not only did my car come out looking like new, Ashley went above and beyond to make sure it was in good hands while I was away for a few weeks. She was so professional and understanding throughout the whole process (: Thanks y'all!

They did a wonderful job on my SUV and got my vehicle within the week.
Not only was the paint job excellent, they we're able to fix my door, which needed new hinges and they also restored my headlights for a great price. Excellent quality and pompt service. My SUV looks brand new again. 🙂

Everyone at the body shop is friendly and helpful. The people who worked on the repairs on my Prius did a great job. It's a 2010 model, but it looks like new to me!

I have had the unfortunate pleasure of bringing my truck to Maaco twice now for collision repairs. Each time, Ashley was absolutely fantastic. Always welcoming and helpful with updates or information. Both times my truck came out good as new. I would not hesitate to recommend them for body repairs.

My car came to this body shop after being stolen. So, the tire was popped up, mirrors broken, bumper, paint, and the ignition too. Ashley and her team helped me to get my car fixed and through all the process until my car came back in a good condition. They are so understanding and so respectful to their customers. Anytime During daytime hours, they are there to give you answer to your questions.I do really appreciate it. I remember the day I went to pick up my car, I was so speechless, emotional and happy to see my car as new in a good condition again. I strongly recommend to bring your car at this body shop. What an incredible experience all around.
The most professional, kind and wonderful people worked with me all the way through the process of getting my truck painted. I went from bright red to dark forest green, and they did an impeccable job. I would especially like to mention that the woman, Ashley, who handled all of my timing for pickup, and estimates and car drop off was a literal angel. She worked with me so that I could pick my car up when I needed to on the weekend, and truly went above and beyond to make the whole experience great. I literally could not be more pleased.

Really appreciate and grateful for the help from Joe. Staff is efficient and excellent quality. You cannot tell this car already has 236xxx miles :) Macco also helped me to find parts that are difficult to find such as the molding. I replace the roof molding, back window lower molding. They also helped me to paint the spoiler and hook it up. Also they did the refreshing of the lights. One thing to mention is, this store offers much better prices in comparing to those in West coast. Highly recommended and keep up with the great work and wonderful vibe! It is not easy to get me to write a review......PS I also got discount rental from Hertz. All the work is done in a week and half.

Recently got my car repainted here, I decided to do the prep work myself to save some money, and generally what people told me to do if I were to get my car painted at Maaco. Needless to say Maaco of West Springfield exceeded my expectations, car came out amazing! Everyone was super friendly, got the car done in the time frame I needed, as upfront about the cost as can be down to the cent from the estimate. This by no means is a perfect paint job, there is some orange peal and some discrepancies in the paint, but I expected that being a budget paint job. If you have an old vehicle and need a paint job this is the place to go!

I've used Maaco since a long time ago in a couple states far-far away. Joe Houghton and his crew of artists / professionals persevered through scarcity of parts during the lockdown to deliver my TT. They repaired and painted the bumpers I found and replaced and painted the rear left quarter. Thanks for helping me get this beauty back on the road!

My car was hit from behind on the highway. We originally thought just the bumper was damaged, but it turned out there were multiple, unseen items, which were all handled between Maaco and my insurance company, no bothering me. When the car was ready, I couldn't believe how great it looked. They detailed not only the outside, but the inside, too. It looked amazing! As a side bonus, an ongoing rattling underneath that two garages could not find, nor fix, has mysteriously gone away! Thank you friendly and efficient Ashley, amazing Operations Manager, and Joe, owner. Love you people!!

I took my car to 5 different body shops in the area for a quote for some minor rust repair and repainting so the whole car would match. I was either turned down or quoted astronomically high rates because they didn't want to do the repairs. I went here and the customer service was phenomenal. Ashley is amazing she is kind, and understanding. She immediately took a look at my car, asked questions and didn't jump to conclusions about the repairs. I explained to her the cause and she passed no judgment. She quoted me less than 1/4 of the price of other quotes I had received with a faster turn around time. At this point I didn't even care about the quality just that the car was all one color and no longer rusted. I was able to communicate through email and text since I don't have phone service for phone calls where I work which was amazing. I brought the car in and was given updates and pictures on the progress. When I went to pick it up I was blown away by the results. Dents and scratches were fixed that other body shops had said would be impossible to fix. The rust was repaired and the car looks like new. I couldn't have been happier with this experience

got my car scraped in a hit and run and got recommended coming here for the work. they did excellent work. fair price. they also cleaned inside which didn't know they did that but was very thankful for that.

Shout out to Joe and his team at Maaco West Springfield! Had a bumper painted for my 05 Lexus LS and it came out looking fantastic! Friendly staff, way better than other Maaco locations I’ve experienced and they are people who back their words with beautiful work. Thank you guys ten fold!

Ashley was very professional and knowledgeable
about what and how their team were going to paint my roof and hood and do their best to match the paint (because my vehicle is 18 years old). They did a phenomenal job and I couldn't be happier, it looks brand new!!!! Thank you Maaco for the fabulous job on my Toyota 4Runner.

The crew at Maaco have been great to work with and have repainted two of my cars in the last year. Great prices, they've delivered on time, and Manny has been great to work with. Last week I brought them a rusted out work truck and they gave me back a new looking beauty.

My car’s rug and firewall insulation needed replacing because of water damage. I took it to Macao for repair, and what a fantastic job they did. Not only did they replace the rug and firewall insulation, they also detailed the inside of the car. The staff was very helpful in working with my insurance company and they kept me informed of the progress. I am very pleased with Marco and the people that work there. Thank you Marco.

My car needed some TLC and at Maaco West Springfield got it! Now I need to think about taking care of the wheels because they look like the car used to. Thank you Maaco!!!

The girls upfront were terrific. The manager wasn’t in that day, and they took over. They gave me an estimate and took my car in the same day. The end result was exactly what they told me would happen. The manager after the job was done inspected the work, they cleaned my car out an made it like a new car. Great people work there and get the job done. The car is a 2004 mustang GT and it looks like it came out of the factory. My hat goes off to you.🎩

Brought my truck in to have a bedside quarter panel repaired. It had damage from an accident, but also had a large rust spot. The ideal solution would have been to replace the quarter panel, but the insurance company wouldn't pay for that because of the huge cost compared to the overall value of my 15-year-old truck (and because, understandably, they weren't including the rust spot in with their estimate, it having nothing at all to do with the accident). So I had to pay for this repair myself, as the amount the insurance quoted for the repair (the amount they were willing to cover) was below the amount of my deductible.
So I went around to multiple body shops to get an estimate. Everyone said the same thing: they wouldn't even attempt to repair the quarter panel. They all wanted to replace it outright. But that would have cost me a fortune, much more than I could ever afford. Curiously, however, several of the body shops I went to told me, "You know, you should try Maaco. They might do it for you." That's right, OTHER body shops were actually referring me to Maaco!
So, to make a long story short, I went to Maaco, they told me that yes indeed they could repair the panel, quoted me a price I could afford, and did an absolutely AMAZING job. Seriously, that quarter panel looks brand-new again. I don't know how the heck they did it, but I am seriously impressed. I certainly hope I don't get in another accident. But if I do, West Springfield Maaco is now my body shop.
