Pizza Viva

Ordered delivery via the slice app and were pleased. We got a small pizza with mushrooms, onions and pepperoni and the classic smashburger. Mushrooms were fresh, which is a must, and they put the burger sauce on side as requested. The burger was a double patty and came with a TON of fries. Pizza was on the smaller size and could have used more cheese but it was tasty.

Pizza was $15.50 and burger was $11 (paid $1 to upgrade to curly fries). Slice had a $1.50 delivery charge and a $0.95 "local fee", so after tax the total was around $30. Slice app never updated that it was switching from preparation to delivery so I was surprised by the delivery but not complaining since it was 20 min ahead of schedule.

Placed an order for takeout. They did a lot of change and is very clean and fresh. Ordered a cheese pizza and a smash burger they were both on point will be back for sure!

There is a lot to like about Pizza Viva in Springfield. I ordered a couple of slices for lunch today. The sicilian slice I ordered had tomato sauce that tasted especially sweet and fresh. The interior of this restaurant is clean and organized. Service was good, the people working were nice and friendly. Lastly the prices are fair.

*edit* I was able to try this again last night and am changing my rating. The staff and owner was AWESOME about making the bad experience I had right for me and it was delicious this time!!!!

I’ve been meaning to review this place since I first tried it about a week ago. The first time I tried it it was excellent and I was very impressed. I ordered a hamburger grinder with lettuce, onions, and pickles. There was a good amount of toppings on it And everything was tasty including the garlic, rosemary fries I had. Then last night I’m craving it again after I drove by on my way home and decided I would get another delivery and eat half for dinner and bring the other half for lunch as the grinders are big. Needless to say, I didn’t even finish my first half for dinner and it’s still saying in my fridge and I did not bring it for lunch today and don’t even know if I will finish it. I put a comment about no cheese and that I only wanted lettuce, onions, and pickles on it. They MUST have read the comment because they did not put cheese on it but also failed to put any lettuce on it and considering I got charged extra on the site for the onions and pickles, It looked like a joke. And it was very bland. I should have just flushed my $20 down the toilet. I would have to say if this was the first time I tried it. I wouldn’t be going back again but because I tried it once and it was good, maybe it was just a bad night? I really want it to be good as it’s just one street over from me. I know a new business in order to succeed they’re gonna need to stay consistent Because you can lose customers with one bad experience. So the first time I ordered it I would give the food a five , last night I would’ve given a one or two so right now my rating stands at three and if I see something better from them, I will change it. I haven’t been in the store in the restaurant yet, so I can’t speak to the atmosphere, the service I know the first time I got a the delivery guy was really nice when he came and was talking the place up about how good the food is.

This is my new spot!! We had a birthday party for my daughter and pizza viva went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. The staff we spoke with on the phone were very friendly and helpful. We ordered two party size pizzas and they were cooked perfectly, I could’ve honestly eaten spoonfuls of the sauce alone it was so tasty. Our delivery was right on time and our driver was professional and friendly. We also ordered a catering sized salad and the veggies were fresh and the salad was hearty and full. I’m so happy to give Pizza Viva my business going forward!

So happy to have them in town. This location has cycled through a few owners the past few years but it’s safe to say, Pizza Viva is here to stay! I feel weird saying this… but the classic smash burger was one of the best burgers I’ve had in YEARS. Top tier. I’m so picky with my burgers but this was just the best. Whole family enjoyed their meals and we can’t wait to try everything on the menu. :0)

Just ordered from Pizza Viva right around the corner from us and it’s amazing! We ordered fried pickles (because I will ALWAYS order them if they’re on a menu) and a small, thin crust, pepperoni pizza. There were tons of fried pickles in the order and they were super crispy. The pizza is perfect 😍 super cheesy and thin. I ordered online and everything was ready when I walked in. The staff at the front was really nice and grabbed our food right away.

Nice clean restaurant. Service was great. Our first time here and we were not disappointed. The steak quesadilla was perfect. We also had the veal parmasan dinner and were amazed at the size of the portion. Side salad was extremely large also. Dinner is enough for two easily. Can't wait to try more things.

I just ordered. Pizza and some kind of Pasta Alfredo. It was so delicious out of so many pizza places that I've tried. In Springfield, this one was the best. I also tried to pizza like I was saying and it was so good, yall...the sauce is on point! More like pasty type YUM!!! 1 OUT OF 10 I'll give it a 9.5

Quick delivery. Ordered the Sicilian reminded me when I was growing up there used to be a place next-door to where my school was and the Sicilian that they make is very familiar and similar to what I used to have years ago. Taste even better the next day. Not much of a pizza person only once in a while and the owner went above and beyond gave me a free pizza which I really didn’t want, but he insisted it was very kind of him.

This is exactly what this neighborhood needed !! The calzone is huge a delicious , with plenty of flavor . It had plenty of stuffing and less bread which made it awesome . The smash burgers are full of flavor , and the bun definitely helps make the burger ! I definitely will be back, espically when the owner greets you by your first name , that’s exceptional service you don’t get nowadays

I have never called a place after I had their pizza to tell them how good it was, but I just had to. Not a ton of grease in the box and I had a combo, which is huge to me. The dough is just right, crispy but not hard, has a taste that isn’t like boring pizza dough, ingredients are obviously top shelf, and the most important thing…the sauce. I grew up on good sauce and this place is right there. The service is incredible, super polite staff and clean kitchen. And they sell slices! I mean common what else can you want? Can’t wait to try the grinders next cause these guys are next level.

As many pizzerias I've been to this place has the best pizza I ever had. The reason I love the pizza is because it's never soggy. The crust is not dense but light and crispy. The pizza is flavorful overall. Very well put together restaurants in the customer service is great. This place is wonderful!

We have gotten wraps and the smash burger on a few occasions and there were all great. So friendly when you walk in to pick up.

Food has been on point, and the guys there are great, place is always clean which is a plus of course.

So far have tried the pizza and burgers. Both were excellent. Staff is very kind and friendly. Would recommend!

The pizza is always fresh and delicious 🤤 never thought I’d love cheese pizza this much! It’s a family owned small business really friendly staff 🍕

Grabbed a MozGarlic and a Buffalo Chicken pizza was delicious, nice staff will be back for sure!

Always pleasant and courteous, the food is always fresh and flavor is spot on, quality, quantity and prices are reasonable and won't break you purse strings, I can't rave enough about there fish and chips, the battery is light and has a refreshing flavor, the fries have that extra crisp and the coleslaw is a surprise you don't expect, five stars all the way

Great pizza! More of a take out/ delivery establishment. There are a few tables to dine in or wait for your order. The owner is very nice, friendly and makes excellent pizza! They also have a delicious chocolate cake dessert.
