I'd like to thank Wesley from Springfield office.
We come to this place often bringing our physical and emotional problems. Hoping to receive understanding and support. Wesley was that person. He took his time to get into my issues, he was patient, professional, polite, and most importantly- caring. Thank you so much!
In general, I liked the atmosphere in the office. The girls at front desk were polite and helpful. My waiting in line was 20 minutes. Not bad for such a busy office.

The info on the website is impenetrable (did you know that Mass Health, Mass Health Connector, and Mass ConnectorCare are three different things?) but the folks at the walk-in office really helped clear things up and got me set up with what I needed.

I've been twice in the afternoon and been seen in less than an hour, and once in the morning when the waiting room was full and I had to wait three hours. One of the staff confirmed they are usually less busy in the afternoons, so maybe try after lunch if you can.

My usual experiences with MassHealth have not been the greatest. But - today - I was able to speak to 1 office in particular, and get BACK in contact with them the same day. I will forever now deal with the Springfield office.

I had one of the more memorable experiences dealing with a state agency today. Ciara (badge # 136652) at the Hampton Roads site was absolutely fantastic when assisting me with a personal issue related to retension of my PCP. Unlike some who look down at my predicament, not only was she understanding but her voice carried with it a positive undertone that helped calm my nerves from the moment she began explaining what she could potentially do to help. Thank you so much!
