I think it depends on the store. I did business with the Springfield Plaza store for years, and they were absolutely fantastic. They treated me like family. I'm not happy at all with the current staff. I switched to the Boston Road store, and now I'm happy again. Excellent customer service.

Finally Paid off a Wonderful Bedroom set. Great experience. Would recommend for first time buyers or renters. wonderful options online. This location ask for Jessie or Marrissa or even Ms. Ivy. They help you out and P.S no excuses if your late. Remember your borrowing someones items. They expect on time Payments. (reasonable cause life does Happen) #ThanksArronsTeam.

They were very attentive and I was late just once and they help me to split the payment they also let me take my furniture when I move out of state I have no complaints too bad I don't live in mass anymore.

There was a lot of confusion at first but I got the deal that I wanted I'm glad I waited because it was a better deal and they were very helpful at the end and God bless I am clean clothes
