Alexandra was very helpful! I walked in with no appointment hoping to upgrade my iPhone 12. Not only did I get the upgrade, but she also managed to save my family money on our plan and was very kind and helpful during our transaction.

My family and I were having lots of different issues with our phones, we had Steve help us and he was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us with each individual problem no matter how difficult! We felt very taken care of! If you go in ask for Steve! He is the best!

I bought a phone and case at this store a few months ago when my phone cracked. Gadget guard wouldnt cover it because I hadnt registered it within 30 days. I called the store and spoke the store manager, Alex, and explained how frustated I was with Gadget Guard. She explained how to go through insurance to get it fixed, replaced my screen protector and even gave me a store credit. This level of customer service was exceptional! Alex was amazing, really cared and went way above and beyond to help me. This will now be the only place I go for all of our cell phone needs. Our community is lucky to have a store that cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to help them.

I had a great experience in the store today! Anthony helped me upgrade my old iPhone to a new iPhone. He transferred all of my data for me, put my screen protector on, put my phone in the case, and even set up my Bluetooth in my car! I am not super tech savvy so the transfer service was amazing. My new phone is working great and I am very happy with my experience. I will definitely be going back if I need anything else! Thank you!

I was at the store Thursday. I was having some issues. I was helped by Anthony. He was really patient and tried his best to fix my phone. It's having hardware issues. Anyway, he was really great. My one complaint is that one of the other guys there smelled very strongly of cigarettes (and I hate to say it) and alcohol🤢. My wife was uncomfortable and the smell was making her ill. Hopefully this won't happen again. We may be back next week to buy a phone. Hopefully we will have a better experience.

Hands down the best Verizon store around! I worked with Vincent to get my new phone and it was such an easy and stress free process. They transfer all your content for you in store, and they let me do some shopping around while it was transferring. I’ll definitely be back!

Jordan was very helpful when we upgrade our business phones and especially helpful to my 80 year old Mother & Aunt when they upgraded their phones. Thank you for your assistance!
