great vibe in here with a sweet staff. the fried chicken was solid but the side dishes were even tastier! potato salad and collards. the bar it's connected to is a great place to have a drink while you eat. will def be back for the fried fish

Visited here twice. Got the tilapia dinner both times. Fish was seasoned and cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside, meaty on the inside. I got mac and cheese the first time, not a fan at all. Didnt taste like their was cheese, although it was orange. The collard greens were good, salty and not soggy. The yams are great, a little on the sweeter side, but very tasty. Cornbread was crumbly but not bad. It also came with rice and a gravy, not sure what it was supposed to taste like but it tasted like rice and gravy, not bad. The women who took my order was also the same person to cook my food. Very nice service. Not very conversational but clean environment and great experience.

I brought myself, my staff member and 9 youth to her restaurant at 8:30pm. They close at 9:45. They had everything we asked for and the food was phenomenal. I thought because we came close to closing not everything would be served on the menu or we would be getting the scraps. However, it was the complete opposite, everything was fresh and tasted delicious. She was very patient with my teens too (great customer service), they barely knew what they wanted and some kept messing up there order. She just waited and helped them figure it out. I ordered the fried whitting, yams and mac n cheese SOOOOO DELICIOUS.

Absolutely delicious food. Reasonably priced. Got ribs, Mac and cheese, potato salad and carrot cake. All of it was delicious and mouth watering! Ribs were fall off the bone tender! Even came with rice! Next time, I’m getting cornbread.

I love the fried chicken and fries combo plate. The chicken is ALWAYS crispy and HOT. The seasoning is just right and the prices you can't beat. Not to mention the Mac & Cheese is so good just like my grandma use to make it.

Excellent food!!! I usually order the bar b que rib dinner with yams and Mac and cheese. I get collard greens and potato salad in the side, with sweet potato pie for dessert!! Absolutely delicious!! My son loves it as well, especially the Mac and cheese. Customer service is great too. I wish I could order thru grubhub.

I love the ribs with mac and cheese and collards. The buffalo wings are on point too. The service is great and the place is always clean and organized. So worth it
