Wagner Rug replaced our living room carpet with a hardwood floor. Their work and their service was phenomenal! They were happy to work with me as I changed my mind over the type of flooring and the options multiple times. The work was done in a day and the room was perfect when they were done.

The owner is also very hands on and extremely responsive. When Wagner installed my family room floor, he came over to look at it personally because another company told me it was not possible to install due to the uneven floor. They were obviously wrong and I’m happy they were. I will never use anyone but Wagner.

The team at Wagner Rug & Flooring is PHENOMENAL!! They transformed our game room from old stick on tiles to amazing wood floors in half a day!! They even moved our pool table out of the way to do it. Their attention to detail is incredible, awkward photo posted but you’ll see how detailed they were around tight corners and steps. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Can’t wait to have them do our bathrooms!

We love our flooring from Wagner! Nico helped us choose waterproof flooring throughout dining room, kichen and bath - it is a uniform look and so easy to clean. My husband chose super plush carpet in the bedrooms. The install team is professional and they work fast!

We were so pleased with our experience at Wagner Flooring. Our new home was covered in carpet, and not the nice kind… so we had a lot of work to do before we moved in. During a very stressful and exciting time, it only took us one visit to Wagner to know that they earned our business. Nico is so knowledgable, but even moreso patient - at no point did we feel pressured or rushed, even when it took us several weeks and multiple trips to the store to finally pick out our flooring. We got hardwoods for the main part of the house, LVP for our mud room and basement, and sheet vinyl for the half bath - a little bit of everything?! Nico gave valuable insight into certain products and selections, recommendations on what would work best, what was within our budget, etc. When it came time for install, they worked within our timelines, were professional, quick, and did an awesome job. And soon thereafter, when the movers damaged our brand new flooring (yes, that happened…), Nico came by the very next day to help. We highly recommend Wagner Flooring. They are a wonderful local, small family business - their awesome customer service, great products, and fair prices speak for themselves!

I recently had Wagner Rug install new carpeting and vinyl flooring in an apartment renovation of mine. Nico was great to work with. He assisted in picking out the colors, which everyone has been complimenting on. The installation was professional as well. I highly recommend them and would go with them again.

We chose Wagner rug and flooring in Westfield, MA to replace six rooms of our home with laminate floors and one re-carpeted. The two crews that were sent were professional, friendly, and completed all the rooms with perfection!!! They arrived on the days scheduled and on time. All areas were cleaned up before they left for the day. Our sales representative, Rob, took a sincere interest in guaranteeing our satisfaction in their product, workmanship, and clean-up. Wagner was recommended to me by a longtime friend and real estate agent. I believe she had her own floors done with them. I got quotes from 3 vendors and their price was was competitive - but what really made me want to work with them was the friendly, helpful, non-pressure sales process. Rick spent a few hours with me and never got impatient. They're tucked away on a back road, but I imagine this contributes to keeping their costs low. They had an awesome amount of selection too - which they helped me narrow down. I was a bit overwhelmed, but they were honest and worked with my budget and timeline. They let me take some great samples home so I could see it in the space and Rick even picked it up when he was in the area so I didn't have to bring it back. (These werent the little chips you get at the big box stores, which really helped). They even coordinated with my awesome painter so that I didn't have to (which, in a reno project is super helpful). Even the install crew was friendly and professional!

I'm looking forward to working with Wagner again, and have already recommended them to several of my friends.

Best service, lowest price, and great work. I'm exceptionally pleased and glad I didn't go with Home Depot or Lowes.
