Bought a 2016 suburban from here a few weeks ago and im so happy with it! Abe and George were a pleasure to work with. No pressure, very polite and very professional. I’ve never bought a used car before but George made the paperwork process a breeze. Their extended warranty’s are incredibly priced as well. Test drove the car on Monday and drove it home Thursday. A very positive experience. I showed up and, within just a minute, was test driving a car. Mike has a very laid back attitude and doesn't push the sale. I tested out a couple cars, and when deciding which was preferred, I got an honest opinion from the man.
Yes, it's a business, and yes, the goal is to sell the car, but taking care of the customer and the customer's needs definitely seem to outweigh the goal of getting the most money possible. When discussing which car to purchase, he ended up suggesting the least expensive of the cars, which I ended up purchasing for many reasons.

On top of that, they had a mechanic come in and re-inspect the car, install new brake pads, and clean up any and everything that needed cleaning. Tires are new, tank is full, and they gave me a card for a free oil check at their partner garage. Everything went smoothly, I left with a great feeling of trust in these guys, and I strongly suggest checking them out if you're interested in finding a reliable pre-owned car.

They're not going to give you the run around most used car dealers will. My family has a lot of experience dealing with used car salesmen, and nobody got the pushy feeling one often gets when looking at used cars. Mike didn't even get in the car with me while test driving, I was handed the keys and told to take my own route around (go on the highway a stop or three, turn around, come back).

This is the first car that is completely mine, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Two words to best describe the place: Affordable & reliable.

We had a great experience buying our used Mazda CX-5 from Longmeadow Motor Cars. We actually stopped in to look at a different CX-5 that was advertised online. However, by the time we got there, that car had already gone under deposit to another customer. We thanked them and left to continue our search, but a couple of days later, Donna reached out to us with news that they had just acquired another CX-5 with exactly the options and mileage we were looking for. She asked if we would like to see it, even before they advertised it. We did, and really liked what we saw. They then went the extra mile with a complete tune-up, including shocks and brakes, and even had a small tear in the leather seats expertly repaired. All that work, and our agreed price stayed the same. As a bonus, the cost of financing through their banking partner was even cheaper than I found through my credit union.

Driving past Longmeadow Motor Cars everyday on my way to work, and seeing all the great cars on the lot, I knew I'd stop in one day. Fast forward to needing a truck for those weekend Home Depot and dump runs. I stopped in to see an '05 Nissan Frontier. Solid truck and both the initial sales person and Abe were very upfront with the specs of the vehicle. Easy to test drive, low-pressure (&honest) sales and effortless financing and registration made the whole purchase easy! Highly recommend for any type of car you might be looking for.

I needed a car for my daughter and it was a very disappointing search until I found Longmeadow Motor Cars. This is not your usual used car dealership with questionable tactics of bad information, scams, shell games, hidden fees, etc. The facility is clean and organized, the staff is friendly and professional and the vehicles are in nice shape. I had a couple concerns about the car I wanted to purchase and without hesitation Abe agreed to take care of them. The price was very reasonable where all other dealers I visited were way overpriced and often on cars in poor condition. Abe was up front, open and honest with me. I am so pleased with the transaction that I will gladly send my family and friends to him whenever I can. The car was delivered to me cleaned inside and out and with gas in it, a class act. I had lost my car due to another fellow hitting me, and I was without a car. I had enough money to find something under 10k. Checking out a few listings online, I researched and went to a few places locally, more notably Herb Chambers of Burlington. They did not have the car that their listing claimed to have, but they insisted on selling me a car that cost more and was in "Excellent" shape. Crap clutch and crap brakes.

So I decided that I would go to Connecticut to check out a listing for a 2002 RSX. Surprise! They actually had it, and my miles long trip wasn't in vein. The salesman, John, was an honest fellow and let me take the car for a half hour test drive. There was no pressure to buy this car, which was the best part of the experience. Being a 12 year old car, it was in meticulous shape for New England standards. Drove superbly and the brakes/clutch worked nicely. The price was also within my budget (another win), to which we struck the deal.

Their cars go through a routine check before they are put up for sale, to make sure that they wont fail the second you drive away with it. I can't recommend this place enough, my experience here was one of the best I've had at any dealership and would strongly recommend it to a friend.
