Great shop and people. Had two bikes repaired. They kept me updated through the whole process and did a very good job. Overall a great experience.

These guys are great! Definitely know their stuff about bikes and the mechanical side of things, very transparent with the pricing getting them worked on, just overall very friendly and happy to help. We will definitely be coming here more!

Great knowledgeable and respectable staff! I've bought several bikes from this shop for myself, friends, and family, and have bought numerous parts at fair prices, never feeling pressured or mislead. I do much of my own maintenance but on occasion will stop in and ask questions and Seth or Dana have always given me good advice. New England Bike is a pleasure to work with and is an asset to the community through supporting biking events and sponsoring group rides. Easily one of the best local businesses in the area!

New England Bike always helpful fast and no pressure sales. We have bought 5 bikes from them never an issue. We even bought a bike for my niece 2 week ago during this COVID-19 pandemic,I ordered what I wanted over the phone they had it built in 2 days I went to store waited outside staff 2as already out there told them who I was they went in with my credit card ran it brought bike out with newley sanitized credit card in an out 10 minutes. Three other customers there one test riding a bike one looking. Staff in mask and wearing gloves. Great job New England Bike keep up the great work and the keeping the sport of cycling going through a small business shop.

Also as far as people getting mad that you cant take bikes FOR NOW because of pandemic would you rather they take to many bikes in that they couldn't possibly get to in a timely fashion and the bikes sat there for weeks.

I first visited NEB years ago; it's where I purchased my first (nice) mountain bike, it's where I started my career in the industry, and it's where I learned all the fundamentals of bicycles and servicing them. The level of experience, passion, and skill it takes to keep a shop successful for as long as NEB has been is not to be taken lightly - plus it doesn't hurt that everyone who works there is also friendly, easy to talk to, and dedicated to giving you the best cycling experience possible. Great shop: they sell quality bikes and a plethora of accessories. The Owner is on site and all are very knowledgable. Not to mention EXCELLENT mechanics. I tell all my friends and clients about this shop! The best in Western Mass!!

I've been going to this shop for at least 15 years. I have purchased bikes for myself, my children, my wife, and I have sent friends and family here without hesitation. I have experienced excellent service and always observed the same being given to others in the shop. The entire team is knowledgeable and friendly. Over the years I have experienced wait time in the shop while they're busy, maybe a part not shipping as fast as I wanted it, or an extended repair time because there's a load of bikes in the shop. But the consistently good work for myself, my family, and friends has kept me going to New England Bike.

I don't go there for discounts, I don't go there just because I bought my bike there. I'll keep going there because they have earned my loyalty and some patience through tough times. If they are experiencing difficulties, just like the rest of us, I'm not the kind of person who would write them off over it. I choose to ride out the storm and give them credit where credit is due.

I went to New England Bike based on a recommendation from a friend. In 2008, I had a bike built for me and ever since had constant crank-loosening issues. It seems that the bike builder used a road crank on my Salsa mountain bike frame. Seth spent a lot of time researching alternatives and offering a solution, which he couldn’t guarantee but felt was likely to succeed. The bike also came with 26” Mavic wheels which I had wanted to replace for years with 29”. Every bike shop I had gone to previously said that 29” wouldn’t fit. Again, Seth did research and found some wheels and tires that would fit without binding. The total bill wasn’t cheap but it was fair. That’s what counts in my opinion. I’ve come to depend on Seth and Dana for their advice and mechanical skills. They offer fact-based recommendations without pressure. The shop is clean, filled with bike accessories and often busy. If you’re thinking about trying them out, I wouldn’t hesitate. They’re decent, fair business people.

I have found every interaction with the staff at New England Bike to be super helpful and courteous. I’ve purchased a couple of bikes from them recently and love them! The staff provided excellent feedback and suggestions throughout the process. The wonderful thing about this country is the right to express our opinions and to choose where we shop. I’m going to stick with the 5-Star service from New England Bike!

Love this shop and happy to support local! Great knowledge and service from the various staff members I have worked with, especially Seth, who has gone out of his way to help myself and my husband out with our repair needs. When I got my new bike, I wasn't happy with the saddle and their recommendation and expertise helped me find one I really like!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience during this crazy time we are in. I purchased 3 bikes (2 for my kids and 1 for my wife) and a truck tailgate rack and the service was nothing but top notch. Dana provided all the information i needed and let my kids test multiple bikes. Once we had them all picked out the bikes were built and ready for pick up within 3 days. I also purchased a bike there last year and when I brought it to be serviced a few weeks ago they had it completed same day. If anyone is looking for a bike, no matter what style this would be the only place I go. Prices are reasonable, staff is very knowledgeable and product is top if the line.

The crew at New England Bike are so friendly. Great inventory to choose from. Never pressured to buy anything. They always show you the lower price and talk you into saving money.
The service department is top notch and fit you into the busy schedule.

We just purchased a bike from NEB for our daughter. Seth came outside with multiple options for her and educated her on the different specs, pluses/minuses of each bike for her riding needs, and options for modifications, etc. Despite their busy schedule he took time to answer all of our questions and never once did we feel rushed. He also tuned up a bike we had purchased from NEB years ago and it’s working better than it has in years. We are grateful to have a knowledgeable small business to work with vs a big-box store!!

Seth, Dana, and everyone else at New England Bike have always been kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgable. We have always had a great experience. They always take there time to figure out what your needs are with biking and try to find the bike that will fit your lifestyle. If there’s anything they know it’s bikes and people. Dana is such a great customer service guy and just down to earth. He explains everything about a bike and leaves no question unanswered and gives you all the time you need. Seth is the owner and used to be a pro biker for Kona. He started the business and because of his knowledge, friendliness, and just passion for biking it took off and became what it is today. We always leave New England Bike feeling good because we know they are taking care of us like we are family and that’s how you will feel too. There are no gimmicks with them. They are just a small town business that’s a big part of the biking community. My husband and I will always recommend New England Bike to everyone we know.

This place is great! I bought my first ever “fancy” bike a couple weeks ago here. Dana was so great, he was patient with me and answered all my questions. He did such a great job, even with only being able to help me outside due to covid. I love my bike and I’ve been riding any chance I can!

I've been going to NEB since I moved to the area 18+ years ago, when it was Gravity Warehouse. Always been a helpful, no pressure place with a knowledgeable staff and great group rides. Seth and Dana know their stuff. I've been buying parts from them for years. Prices are competitive; I find the prices are about the same as what you can find on the internet when figuring shipping, and I'd rather spend my money local. Finally bought a brand new bike from them this year with zero problems and zero regrets.

I am a regular customer of New England Bike. I have bought numerous bikes through the years from Seth and I have always had a positive experience. I also use them for service and found them to be very understanding of my needs. They have never tried to sell me anything that I did not ask for.
